Yarramalong Valley is an area rich with history dating back to the late 1850s. There's a variety of exciting activities and attractions to explore nearby making it the ideal getaway location for the whole family.

Key Features of the Property

The property accommodates 12 people comfortably, and when you book the house, you get the whole property exclusively. There is a total of 4 bedrooms. 3 have Queen sized beds, and in the kids/adult retreat there is 2 Double beds, 3 single beds and 1 pullout trundle bed. Linen, doonas, blankets and towels are provided.

There is a fully equipped kitchen and BBQ with ample cooking utensils and facilties, all you have to do is bring the food! There is crockery and cutlery and napkins and placemats provided for 12 pax.

The property has plenty of features to keep the whole family entertained. Go swimming in the sparkling pool or relax on the sun lounges. Go for a walk around the property and breath in the fresh country air. Play cricket or boules on the front lawn. Meditate on the beautiful large day-bed on the front deck and unwind your mind. Select from a large range of new and classic DVD’s and Videos, or relax with a book from the library. In the lounge area there is a large flat sceen TV with Foxtel IQ and DVD/VCR player, and a cosy combustion fireplace and piano. There is another TV with Foxtel IQ in the master bedroom and a TV with DVD player in the bunk room for the kids.

Local Attractions

• The Yarramalong Valley Festival commences on Sept 3rd 2010 and finishes on Sept 18th 2010. During this time there are art shows, devonshire teas, craft exhibits, and a scarecrow competition for all the farms. The entries are displayed at the gates of the all the properties and it is really great to drive through and see all the creative entries to the competition. The Valley looks lovely in the Spring!!
