In winter or summer, take long lazy walks along the dog friendly beach, visit the historical ‘Butterfactory’ and the nearby art and craft shops, and explore Greenwell Point where you will be able to sample the freshest of seafoods, including locally farmed oysters. Jervis Bay, Berry and Kangaroo Valley are all only a short drive away if you’re staying for a few days. Or, just read a book, watch a dvd, play the piano, play table tennis or do nothing at all! In winter, put the log fire on and relax with a glass of wine as you while away the afternoon……. Dandelion comfortably sleeps up to 11 people over 3 levels – upstairs; 3 queen beds , 1 bunk and 1 cot (4 rooms), downstairs;1 bunk and 1 single (1 room off rumpus).

Description of the house and features

This house in Fern Way at Culburra Beach is a special holiday house with a home away from home feel. It is equally ideally suited to a couple looking for a romantic getaway as it is to a family or families looking to holiday together. Big, spacious and comfortable with lots of room to stretch out but with a very 'homely' feel. The beach access trail is only 30m from your front doorstep and leads onto the sands of the dog friendly surf beach; a simply sensational location and being just a step back from the beach frontage means you are protected from windy or other inclement weathers that beachfront homes aren't.

Bedrooms; 4 carpeted and light filled bedrooms on upper level. Master bedroom with queen bed, walk in robe and separate access to large upstairs bathroom (with bath and shower and separate toilet), queen beds and built in wardrobes in 2nd & 3rd bedrooms. 4th bedroom has single bunk, infant’s cot and a chest of drawers.

Ground floor is all slate tiled. Large lounge room, leather lounges plus separate leather recliners, flat screen TV, dvd player, combustion fireplace and piano a real plus during the cooler months! Generous, light filled open plan combined kitchen and dining area with lots of bench/preparation space, microwave, ipod compatible stereo, opens out onto large paved and sun shaded patio and into large grassed back garden. Yard is fully fenced and secure. BBQ and impressive outdoor dining setting for 8 with ultra comfortable cushioned chairs. Plus 2 sunloungers and extra bench seating.

Lower ground is all slate tile floors and incorporates rumpus room, leather lounges, 2nd flat screen TV and dvd player, plus table tennis table. 2nd bathroom with toilet and shower. Separate laundry area with tub, washing machine and dryer. 5th bedroom off rumpus room has 3 beds (one bunk and one single) plus a chest of drawers.
