Chris Beckingham, who designed the recently built Qualia, has successfully combined the elements of nature in Utopia. Stone walls, tropical internal gardens, wooden residential structures with connecting walkways and a central infinity plunge pool all effortlessly harmonize with the rugged sloping landscape, towering pines and refreshing ocean breeze. Truly utopia.

There is one central kitchen and living area with all the mod cons and there are three separate sleeping bungalows, boasting a total of five king-sized bedrooms with four extra large bathrooms, full laundry facilities and a separate office with Internet connection. All three bungalows enjoy exceptional views over the Coral Sea. So while you can live together and share the entertainment areas, you retreat to your own separate sleeping quarters for privacy.

Accommodation

All bedrooms come with air-conditioning and ceiling fans.
All linen provided (bedding, bath mats, tea towels, 1 bath towel per person, 1 beach towel per person).
