The kitchen is very well equipped with every utensil you could ever need.
All the bedrooms are large and have their own airconditioning. The house is also heated for winter. Enjoy your own private alfresco area or during winter settle down in the comfortably appointed living room.
The backyard is fully secure and off street parking is provided for a small to medium car. If you have a larger car, street parking is convenient.

The house sleeps 8 but due to council regulations only 6 adults can be accommodated in the house (over 16). Children aren't included in the regulations.
The area
The beautiful Western Australian sand of South Beach is less than 250 metres from the front door.
Cafes, galleries, restaurants and cute shopping are all available just around the corner.
If you feel the need to spread your wings jump on the free 'CAT' bus, leaving every 10 minutes, and take a ride into the centre of Fremantle. Visit the famous 'Freo Markets' on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays or discover fledgling fashion designers on High Street.
Fishing boat harbour provides such a great choice of eating experiences you will have to keep going back to try them all.

We have spent many weekends away through STAYZ accommodation; this has to be by far one of the best for those little added extras like leaving more than one toilet roll, extra dish washing tablets even big fluffy beach towels to name but a few. We had a brilliant stay the location was superb. All the beds were comfortable and we didn���t want for anything ��� highly recommended for a great family holiday retreat.

The owners, Sandra and Scott, have put in a lot of effort to make this rental comfortable, well equiped and clean.Their attention to detail makes for a relaxing holiday and that is why we keep coming back.

Our family of 2 Adults and 2 young girls stayed for 2 weeks over Christmas and every wonderful review you read below applies. We have rented out quite a few different properties over our time and Sandra's prompt and great service measures quite highly. Thoughtfully she organized a christmas tree and a juicer (my special request) for us which was very appreciated. The location and ammeneties provided are excellent. I was able to put a turkey in a brind and cook beautifully on christmas morning as if I was at home. Especially thanks to the lemon tree, sage , rosemary and grapes on the vine that are just growing and ready for use. Even though Sandra was on holiday a quick text for help when I couldn't find the oven switch was anwered with a very prompt phone call back & all was immediately sorted. The hand soap pumps provided in all bathrooms were an excellent touch, a lot of little things made the whole experience great.(loved the gorgeous huge beach towels and the bedding is all of high standard) We had a small car which we could garage and when we didn't use it we walked to South beach or caught the free CAT bus into Fremantle. The location is excellent & were able to have a few friends over for lunches , utilising the vined courtyard as much as possible. Breakfast in the courtyard is a real delight. We found it to be a little home away from home which is what I seek away on holidays. My only suggestion is that whilst the house does have split system air conditioning in the bedrooms downstairs,(which if you close the door between kitchen and lounge area it cools the kitchen area also) with the Perth Summer heat consistantly from high 30"s into the low 40'c, the evaporative in upstairs bedrooms does not provide any relief from the high humidity which accompanies these temperatures much more often than not and therefore I would suggest at least pedastal fans to assist, if not, more split system air conditioning upstairs also & in the lounge area would make the house perfect. It was fine for us as we had only 4 of us so we utilised downstairs instead. I would highly recommend this house to anyone when visiting. Looking for accomodation that would hold 8 people was going to be difficult but nothing about arranging our stay at the South Fremantle house was difficult - the hosts/owners were fantastic to deal with and were extremely accomodating even with our changing of dates and request to stay a little later after checkout.
On arrival we were pleasantly surprised by the house, the photo's really do, do the place justice! The rooms are very spacious, the kitchen is large with a big table to fit all our family plus a beautiful outside courtyard with BBQ to enjoy our evening meals.
Provided were books, toys and movies for our son which he took full advantage of and there were plenty of maps for us to ensure we could easily get around.
Close by are shops and eating places with Fremantle centre only 10 or so minutes walk away with plenty of shops, cafe/restaurants, markets etc.
We would have no doubt staying here again and recommdending it to others that intend on staying in the area!!

This house ticks all the boxes. It was immaculately and tastefully presented and very functional. The location was a bonus being in a lovely quiet street and right near a bus stop made getting around so easy. Our hosts were so helpful and we appreciated their assistance. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to friends or family.

This is an excellent house, highly recommend it. We stayed with our 2 small children and our friends (2 adults and a 4 yo). The house is perfectly set up for two families - 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs and the two sleeping areas are soundproofed from each other. This was especially handy as our respective 4 year olds are not all that thrilled about going to bed and tend to scream and carry on! Also meant when one woke early the next day they didn't wake the other family. The house is really well equipped - there were two high chairs and toys/games/DVDs for the kids - plus everything we needed for the adults in the kitchen. The free wifi and VOIP was really appreciated. The location is great, heaps of restaurants 2 mins walk away and the free CAT bus to Freo also only 2 mins walk and runs every 10 minutes. We were there in winter but would love to go back in summer to go the very close-by beach! We would definitely stay again if we needed a place in Perth.

My family & I would highly recommend this holiday house to anyone wishing to stay in Perth. The city is only a short train trip away & you are close to Fremantle with all it has to offer. The owners have catered to the needs of their guests to a very high standard. Apart from having a roast awaiting for you when you arrive, they have thought of every comfort of home. The hosts were easy to deal with I would definatly stay there again.

I would like to thank you and let you know that the house was absolutely
fantastic. It was perfectly located allowing us to walk to the beach and
catch the CAT bus literally just around the corner. We found everything we
needed in the house. Our children played with the toys and our daughter
loved the children's dvd collection. Also thank you for providing the cot
and high chair which were extremely useful.

This house has been absolutley perfect for our family. Has everything you need with all the comforts of home. Close walking distance to all the shops!! and not to mention the shuttle bus!! Absolutely loved this place. Tastefully decorated and everything you could possibly need is here. So comfortable for a family and the location is great with plenty to see and do within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definately stay again when we are in Perth. Thankyou to the hosts for making it extra special with cold drinks,bread and milk as we travelled quite some distance to get there. Very thoughtfull!
