Option 1:
The lower level of the home is available as a two bedroom one bathroom option. This option would work well for a couple only, or a couple with two children.

Option 2:
The lower level of the home is available with the addition of the upstairs bathroom and media room. This option would work well for two couples only, or two couples and one child, utilizing the single bed downstairs for the child.

Option 3:
The whole house can be made available including both upper and lower levels and the children's bunk room. This option would work well for four adults and up to four children. It would work particularly well for older children. Four adults and four children being the maximum number for Option 3 unless otherwise negotiated.
