Only 50 metres from the deck to the water. Spectacular sweeping view down Broulee beach and out to Broulee Island. There is a beautiful, clean tidal lagoon, which is ideal for kids, right in front of the cottage. Broulee beach is on the other side of the lagoon. It is a great beach for families and surfers.

Three bedrooms, 1 x Queen size bed, 1 x double bunk, 2 x singles

Two decks. One with morning sun, one overlooking the beach. Gas hot rock BBQ on the deck.

Loads of old world charm with the necessary modcons including modern bathroom and laundry, microwave, gas stove, large fridge, dishwasher, auto washing machine, CD player, TV and a cozy wood heater for winter nights.

The house is kept very clean and cleaning is included in the price.
