Adrift - Narrawallee/Mollymook

Description

A fresh, newly renovated and inviting family holiday house with a lovely quiet bush aspect backing onto a reserve.
The house is a nice easy walk to the family friendly Narrawallee Inlet (700 metres and providing access to a boat ramp) and Narrawallee Beach only 800 metres.

‘Adrift’ is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac away from mainstream traffic and provides a safe environment for children to ride their bikes and play.

Upstairs includes the kitchen, dining and loungeroom, with access to a small deck for soaking up the sun with that morning coffee. There are also three bedrooms and newly renovated bathroom with a separate toilet.

Bed configuration is as follows:

Bedroom 1 - Queen bed
Bedroom 2 - Double bed
Bedroom 3 - Single bunk bed

Downstairs includes another shower and toilet in a generous sized laundry, plus playroom with TV and XBox. The downstairs TV room includes a TV and classic XBox with four controllers and many games to keep the kids (and adults) amused on those rainy days. The XBox doubles as another DVD Player so you can watch movies as well.

A large open casual area with outdoor setting and BBQ completes the entertaining package!

Kids are catered for with games, DVDs, a full size table tennis table and a large backyard to kick a ball around.

Adrift is the perfect location for that quiet, relaxed getaway in the beautiful Mollymook/Narrawallee area.

Other relaxing and nearby activities include surfing, fishing, dolphin watching, golf and bush walking.

For a hit of civilisation, Ulladulla is nearby, providing visitors with a myriad of restaurants, a cinema, plenty of cafes, large supermarkets, a golf course, salt water swimming pool, a harbour, parks, hire shops, and even deep sea fishing trips offered by a number of operators.

We have a no smoking policy and are not available to school or other large groups.

No pets.

Payment details
A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation. This can be paid by electronic transfer into a bank account. Final payment plus bond is due seven days prior to rental period.

In the Area

Narrawallee
Narrawallee is a quiet residential hamlet, surrounded by beach and Inlet. The Narrawalle reserve has BBQ, picnic and toilet facilities with access to both the lake and beach, along with a walking track around the headland. Boats can be launched at the Narrawallee Inlet Ramp.

Narrawallee Beach is patrolled from late December to the end of school holidays by Mollymook Surf Lifesaving Club and again during the Easter Holidays.

Mollymook
Mollymook is a beachside town within easy distance of Canberra and Sydney, Mollymook is popular with many people as the ideal escape location any time of the year.
Mollymook is located only minutes from the harbour port of Ulladulla and historic rural Milton. These three areas complement each other with their own special features and ambience. The surrounding districts offer an abundance of nature's delights with spectacular scenery, forested mountains and myriad fascinating waterways.

Milton
The delightful township of Milton is popular for its scenic rural coastal setting, its living history, rich cultural life, delightful range of colourful shops, fascinating galleries and lively food places.

Milton's magnificent location ensures something for everyone whether you'd like to spend time on the pristine beaches, adventure in the mountainous forested hinterland, muck around in boats,or any more of myriad other activities only minutes away.
