Rosella Cottage is a recently renovated 3-bedroom house in the seaside hamlet of Manyana, 3 hours' drive south of Sydney or north-east of Canberra. The cottage, a few minutes' walk from Manyana beach and within an easy drive of other lake and ocean beaches (Inyadda, Lake Conjola entrance, Washerwoman's) is fully equipped with a modern kitchen, microwave, stereo/VCR/DVD and TV, heating and ceiling fans, gas barbecue, washing machine and so on. The three bedrooms sleep 7 in comfort, (in one queen bed, one trio bunk - double under, single above -, and a double bed) and there is a double sofa bed in the living room for extra guests. The shady rear patio gives a close-up view of a wide variety of native birds, and the established garden is a delight. You'll need to bring your own bed-linen and towels, but clean old linen and towels are provided for your dogs. Rosemary and Ron, your hosts, are always available by phone. Manyana is perfect for swimming, snorkelling, fishing, surfing, bodyboarding, bushwalking and lazing around, and the nearby beaches are dog-friendly. The district is famous for its seafood, scenic beauty, and unspoilt 1950s ambience.
