Bliss House is located on a widewater canal in Mermaid Waters, with beautiful skyline views. This stunning holiday house is a single level spacious four bedroom home. It has reverse cycle ducted airconditioning thoughout. The first bedroom has an ensuite with dual basins, WIR and has direct access to the outdoor entertaining area and SOLAR HEATED POOL. It has a spectacular outlook overlooking pool and widewater. Bedroom 2, 3 and 4 all have comfortable beds with plenty of storage. One of which is the kids room, with LCD TV, DVD, FOXTEL and a selection of TOYS and BOOKS. The main bathroom is spacious with dual basins and has a large heated SPA. There is a separate toilet and a large laundry with washing machine and dryer. A selection of shampoos, body washes and creams are supplied as is laundry and dishwasher detergent.
The house is perfectly suited to accommodate two families or up to 10 people.
The large open plan living connects to the outdoor entertaining area via a 8 meter stacker door. The sea breezes and wide water outlook is truly mesmerizing.
There are 2 separate outdoor areas.
The main outdoor entertaining area is elevated above the fully enclosed SOLAR HEATED SWIMMING POOL and features a dining area and lounge area separated by the glass fence, ensuring safety and breathtaking views. Stairs take you down to the pool area allowing you to soak up the lovely sun on your SUNLOUNGES while enjoying a nice drink!
The large JETTY has a working sink in which you can clean your fresh fish! FISHING RODS and tackle supplied. A note to be careful when reeling in the crabs! Feed the swans and ducks or throw bread to the bream, they absolutely love it.
The waterfront entertaining area is the perfect area to relax and entertain. Enjoy cooking on the GAS BBQ whilst watching the kids enjoy splashing in the large pool.
The second outdoor space is located at the front of the property and provides a large lawn and landscaped garden area for the kids to enjoy some ball games or the fun LITTLE TIKES OUTDOOR TOYS while you relax on the plush cushions of your OUTDOOR SETTING.
The entire property is securely gated and children are prevented from entering any of the water areas.
WHAT IS PROVIDED?
On your arrival at Bliss House, we shall meet and greet you. Offering you a short tour of our home, detailing how everything works and answering your questions.
Bliss House offers you a modern fully equipped kitchen, with gastop stove, oven, microwave, icemaker and filtered water fridge, dishwasher and granite benchtops. The open plan takes advantage of the 8 seater dining table, huge LCD HD TV, FOXTEL IQ, DVD player, an assortment of IN HOUSE MOVIES, BROADBAND WIRELESS INTERNET, X-BOX as well as a SONY IPOD DOCKING STEREO. The kids (or us cool adults) will be happy playing on the POOL TABLE which converts to an AIR HOCKEY TABLE or watching their favourite movie or FOXTEL Kids Channel in the KIDS ROOM. An assortment of kids TOYS including a huge TRAIN SET that will keep the younger ones entertained for hours on end.
Bliss House comes with a outdoor GAS BBQ, washing machine, dryer, and a remote double lock-up garage. Plenty of car parking on and off street.
For those who enjoy a BIKE ride, we have 2 Ladies and 2 Mens mountain BIKES for you to explore over 600 kilometres of dedicated bikeways on the Gold Coast. Also provided are helmets and bike locks for safety.
For those who seek some adventure and exercise during their stay at Bliss, we have 2 adult pacer KAYAKS perfectly suited to cruise the Gold Coast waterways!
Bliss House provides you with all BED LINEN, bath TOWELS and beach towels. There is TEA/COFFEE, fresh MILK and a selection of yummy TREATS to welcome you. An assortment of holiday BROCHURES and discount COUPONS will also be at hand for your convenience.
BEDROOM CONFIGURATION
Bliss House currently accommodates 10, using the following configurations-
Bed 1 - Queen size bed
Bed 2 - 3 Single beds
Bed 3 - 1 Double bed and 1 Single bed (With LCD TV, DVD and foxtel)
Bed 4 - 1 Queen bed
We have PORTACOTS (which can be set up in any room(s) you choose), HIGH CHAIRS, A CHANGE MAT, ROCKER and UMBRELLA STROLLERS are available at your convenience.
Bliss House is a family house and it's strictly "No-smoking" inside the home. Please respect this rule as smoking will not be tolerated. Strictly no pets allowed inside or outside the home.
WHAT TO DO
Bliss House is central to everything.
Only minutes to Mermaid Beach, Braodbeach, Burleigh, Surfers Paradise, Jupiters Casino, Golf Resorts, Carrarra Markets and world class shopping centres. Seaworld is 15 mins drive and Dreamworld, Whitewater World, Movieworld, Wet and Wild and Outback Spectacular are 20 mins. Gold Coast (Coolangatta) airport is also only 15 - 20 minutes away.
Mountain Resorts are also at your doorstep and Currumbin Sanctuary (our family favourite!) is a great day out, located only 10 minutes away.
For the avid golfer, world class golf courses are only within a short drive... Courses such as Lakelands The Colonial, Palm Meadows, Robina Woods, The Glades, Emerald Lakes, Royal Pines & Surfers Paradise Golf are all literally minutes away.
A park is located 2 doors down with a playground for the kids to enjoy.
WORLD CLASS SHOPPING
Pacific Fair Shopping Centre is 3 minutes drive and Robina Town Centre only 8 minutes away. Both shopping centres provide endless hours of world class shopping, food and cinema entertainment.
Oasis Shopping centre and it's surrounding sumptuos cafes and restaraunts are only minutes away.
Q Super Centre is only 2 mins drive and has an extensive range of specialty stores offering fresh food, cafe dining, hair and beauty, home wares, medical and health and banking and fashion. It also has 3 supermarkets: Woolworths, Coles and Aldi and over 18 eateries such as McDonalds, Fish and Chips, Sushi, Pizza, Subway and the Coffee Club.
Also within minutes is the Lonestar Pub and Dan Murphy's bottle shop.

Rates are seasonal at $295-$850 per night, or $2065 - $5950 per week. Send us an enquiry, and we shall reply promptly with our best prices!
If you wish to book, book early so you don't miss out on the dates you want. Please confirm via email and a deposit is required to secure your booking. This can be paid through either credit card, direct deposit or contact us for other payment arrangements.
