Visions is on the Canal system which is Part of the Gold Coast Waterways.

For those who wish to visit the Theme Parks, Visions is just 10 minutes away. The beach and Broadwater is 10 minutes by boat and 20 minutes drive.

VISIONS ON HOPE ISLAND is so Spacious even with 3 families holidaying together, there is still plenty of room to relax and spread out.

Luxury is all around you, from Visions BEDS to the Linen, You will never want to get out of bed.

Including 4 King Size Pillow Top Ensembles, Which are just Pure Heaven to sleep in.

4 King Singles Ensembles all four are Pillow Tops to ensure Ultra Comfort.

We also have a good Quality Double Sofa Bed in the upstairs TV room.

The Ground floor Bedroom has a King Size Ensemble.

There is also a separate ground floor Powder room.

There are Five Spacious Bedrooms Upstairs.

The Master Bedroom has a King Size Ensemble and its own Full Bathroom with a Deep Soak Bath.

The Second Bedroom also has a King Size Ensemble with its own En-suite.

The Third Bedroom again has a King size Ensemble with its own En-suite.

Bedrooms 1,2 and 3 have access to the huge upstairs Balcony.

The Fourth Bedroom has 2 King Single Ensembles again with their own En-suite.

The Fifth Bedroom has 2 King Single Ensembles with their own En-suite.

VISIONS ON HOPE ISLAND has 7 Toilets so you will never have to wait.

All Linen is provided including, Sheets and Pillow cases, Bath towels, Bath mats and Hand towels which will be left at the ends of the beds.

Yet you will need to bring Spa and Beach Towels. But they can be provide for a small fee.

VISIONS has a massive upstairs cover patio with access from the Three king bedrooms, where you can enjoy coffee and cake or a chilled glass of wine, while enjoying the Uninterrupted Water views.

Downstairs the Extensive use of Glass along with the Open plan Kitchen, Dinning, Billiard and Back Lounge room, Highlights the Stunning Water Views.

With its striking Chocolate Quartz Stone benches, the Fully Equip Designer Kitchen is a Dream to entertain family and guest in, without having to miss out on what the family are doing.

VISIONS ON HOPE ISLAND has a Large walk in Pantry with all the essentials supplied.

As well as Quality Appliances at your fingertips including:

2 New Stainless Steel Fridge/Freezers, 1 Inclusive with Filtered Water and Ice maker. A Dishwasher, Microwave, Espresso machine, Electric Wok, Blender, With a huge Gas Cook Top and Electric Oven.

Why not just enjoy a BBQ in the Alfresco area, which has been design to cater for everyone to join in with seating for 8 or pull up one of the 14 dinning chairs to join in.

The Alfresco area is huge with views of the Pool, Spa and the Canal System.

VISIONS ON HOPE ISLAND is Extremely Child-Friendly with Glass Pool Fencing so you can always see the children in the resort style salt water pool or in the outdoor heated Spa.

The Spa and Pool are all fence to ensure the children safety.

Why not soak up the great Queensland weather on one of the many outdoor Sun Lounges.

We have now purchase a LARGE Trampoline with saftey sides and Outdoor Play Equipment so the children can have even more fun while Mum and Dad rest after a long day at the Gold Coast Theme Parks.

The downstairs Computer Area has a wireless modem so you can keep in touch with friends and family.
The Teen friendly area has a Play station 2, Xbox 360 and a Wii with their own games which has been design so you can keep an eye on the little one's if they are also playing the Game consoles.

There is also free internet Access (wi fi and Hardwire). Which enable you to use your own Lap top when needed.
All local phone calls are complimentary.

Down safely on the ground floor is the especially design Toddler area which has lots of things to keep the little ones busy including Child Size Pool Table, Play Gym and lots of Pretend Play Toys for both boys & Girls as well as books to read.

For the young at heart (Adults) VISIONS ON HOPE ISLAND has a Games room just for them with a 9ft Air Hockey Table, a 8ft Table Tennis Table and a Pac Man Machine with 60 games including Space invaders.

The 10ft Billiard Table is located in the Billiard Room overlooking the Water.

For your comfort VISIONS is fully Aircondition with recycled aircondition down stairs and Ducted
Air-conditioning upstairs.

We also have Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and Lounge rooms,
for those who don't like airconditioning.

After you unpack your first challenge will be, which Wide Screen TV to Watch and do I watch one of the 90 DVDs or just turn on Pay TV (Austar)

VISIONS has 3 Lounge Rooms all with 50inch HD Plasma, complete with DVD Surround Sound.

For all of those who wish to Explore the Local area, VISIONS ON HOPE ISLAND provides you with Bicycles and Scooters and Helmets for Adults and Children.

So you can Explore the Waterways, we have 4 Kayaks which come with their own Life Jackets.

We are hoping to have a PONTOON installed soon, yet it all depends on the GOLD COAST COUNCIL agreeing to our Pontoon application.

This will allow us to purchase

a 4.3metre Inflatable boat which will seat 6 to 8 people with its own motor, which will be free of charge for Visions clients.

Visions has Two Crab Pots and 6 Fishing Rods so you can catch your own dinner.

So just take a cool drink down to the shoreline and a catch a fish or two!

And did I mention Visions also has 6 sets of golf clubs.

Maybe try a little Luck at Conrad Jupiter's Casino which is 25 minutes away and has many bars and wonderful restaurants. Dinner and show packages are also on offer, Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre at Broadbeach.
You could take in view the Gold Coast from the 78th floor of Q1 one of the Worlds tallest residential buildings, or maybe experience the fantastic Seafood buffet at Palazzo Versace Hotel or The Sheraton Mirage.
Some of the other Major attractions of the Gold Coast are Australian Outback Spectacular, Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, Fleays Wildlife Park, Jet Boating, Wildnight Adventures and Whales in Paradise.
A game of Golf at one of the 24 or so. Why not try one of these for a round of 18 holes. Sanctuary Cove Golf Course, Twin Waters Golf Course, The Glades Golf Course, G.C.Burleight Golf Course, Paradise Springs Golf Course, Emerald Lakes Golf Course, Hope Island Golf Course or The Pines Golf course. Gold Coast Beaches.

Whether its for stroll at sunset, beach fishing at dusk, a leisurely swim, an adventure packed scuba dive or even if it's to take on the swell with your board, the Gold Coast's numerous beaches are famous for their clean, warm (23 degrees C in Summer) blue waters, golden sand and never ending sunshine. The most popular of the 21 patrolled beaches on the Gold Coast include Main Beach, Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Mermaid Beach, Miami & Nobby Beach.

Main Beach

Main Beach
Main Beach gets its name from the fact that it was the main surf beach for the town of Southport which was the earliest surveyed town in the immediate area. Its located on the eastern side of the Nerang River estuary (The Broadwater) is bounded to the north by The Spit and by a narrow isthmus (Narrowneck) extending to Surfers Paradise in the south.

Either walk the track from Surfers Paradise or ride your bike to this popular beach on Queensland's Gold Coast. Stop in and grab a snack at Main Beach's historic bathing pavilion, or drop in to the surf lifesaving club and beach snack bar where you can enjoy light refreshments or, if you're after something to really tempt the taste buds, pull in to one of the excellent street style al fresco cafes.

View the surf from the car park or grab your fishing rod and head on down to the sand pumping jetty or hire one of the many varieties of water equipment available, such as surf boards, wake boards or body boards.

Surfers Paradise

Once known as Elston, Surfers Paradise had a name change in the 1920's. Even though Surfers Paradise is a busy beach, the hum of activity doesn't take any of its amazing natural beauty away. This famous stretch of the ocean is a perfect swimming beach where you can casually join others in a game of social volleyball on the sand or if you'd prefer, there's plenty of room for you take out your favorites surfboard and have a slash in the waves.

Nearby, cafes and shopping areas are just a short walk away and every Friday night the beachfront markets operate where you can pick up that special memory from your special trip away!

Broadbeach

Broadbeach
Broadbeach was named in 1934 when a new subdivision was surveyed for the area. There are some beautiful parks along the foreshore of this long stretch of beach. The parks are well equipped with sheltered picnic areas, ample BBQ's and great playgrounds for the kids.

The surfing is consistent at Broadbeach, albeit small at times. If there's little surf around on the coast, you can generally pick up clean left and right handers along this stretch of ocean, or take a walk along the ocean paths and enjoy the beach markets in Kurrawa Park or nearby trendy shops.

Mermaid Beach
Mermaid Beach was named in 1946 after approval from the Queensland minister for land. Situated south of the town centre is Mermaid Beach, being somewhat quieter than Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach makes this beach's tranquil surroundings seem endless. With the small swell, sheltered picnic areas ,bike tracks and children's playground you could say this is the perfect family beach!

Miami & Nobby Beach

Broadbeach was named in 1934 when a new subdivision was surveyed for the area. There are some beautiful parks along the foreshore of this long stretch of beach. The parks are well equipped with sheltered picnic areas, ample BBQ's and great playgrounds for the kids.

Nobby beach is a quiet beach for the family to relax. Take a stroll and view the magnificent sunrise. Miami has a peaceful and relaxing beachfront as well as good BBQ and picnic areas. If you're looking for some action, you can take a leisurely stroll up to the cliff top and take in the breathtaking views up and down the coast.

Currumbin Beach / Bilinga Beach / Tugun Beach

Currumbin, Tugun and Bilinga Beaches are situated at the southern end of the Gold Coast. The area is popular with families who are looking for somewhere away from the all the action of some of their northern neighbours.

There are surf clubs at Corrumbin, Tugun & Bilinga and all three beaches are patrolled. Currumbin Beach has some special rock pools and the surf is small enough for leisurely swimming.

Kirra Beach

Kirra Beach
Kirra Point is the Gold Coast's most famous board riding beach. Experienced surfers will find challenging waves and beginners will enjoy the smaller waves that break in closer to the shore. Kirra is a very popular surf break and it works best in solid east and northeast swells during the cyclone season, although you can get good waves throughout the year.

Coolangatta & Greenmount Beach

Greenmount Beach (pictured here) and Rainbow Bay are the Gold Coast's only North facing beaches providing sheltered conditions for swimming. A walk around the point to Snapper Rocks improves your chances of seeing the whales on their annual migration throughout the cooler parts of the year.

A note about DOGS on Gold Coast beaches
You can walk your dog on most Gold Coast Beaches but to be sure, please check the signage before you go onto the beach and be sure to follow these simple rules.
Keep your dog on a leash and remember that dogs aren't permitted within 200 metres of flagged areas. You may be issued with a $150 on the spot fine if you don't comply.
Dogs are permitted to swim off leash but the owner must immediately leash the dog once it leaves the water.
You must clean up after your dog. A $75 on the spot fine applies where you fail to remove your dogs defecation.
