There is a great park and childrens playground across from the unit. There is also a bike path that takes you along the esplanade.
With its village type atmosphere, most demands are well catered for such as the local artists shop and clothing labels. When eating out, make your choice from a wide variety of restaurants, surf or sports club, takeaways or the local hotel.
Conveniently across the road is a small shopping centre with a woolworths store. The unit is located close to all the Tweed Coast has to offer, including clubs for all your entertainment needs. Or within a 50 minute drive you can enjoy the theme parks of the Gold Coast. The famous Byron Bay is only 30 minutes drive with Mount Warning and the surrounding rain forest hinterland nearby.
