"The Sanctuary is a modern 3 bedroom/3 bathroom, air conditioned waterfront home at the best address in Sanctuary Cove, with brand new pool & patio and with a sunny northerly aspect over the Coomera river to the national park.

The home is only a short distance to the village & has all mod cons, inc cable TV, stereo, all crockery, linen, BBQ & 2x4 seater electric golf buggies- ideal for families or 3 couples.

The home also has a large pontoon suitable for boats to 30 ft or fishing & crabbing. There is a large level lawn next to the home which is great for kids, animals [allowed] & family sports.

I also have several other 2,3 & 4 bed homes in Sanctuary with pools & golf buggies.

Our family stayed at this property during December and new year this year. We would just like to say it was a perfect place to relax and entertain the children during this time. To have a constant security presence and first class amenities was fantastic. The golf cart were also certainly a hit with the men as well as the wives and kids, just relaxing and enjoying all Sanctuary Cove had to offer without the need for the car was a great bonus. Thank you Steve, we will certainly be back again.
