Benton Sands is a new beach side estate at Callala Beach with an indoor inground swimming pool facility(heated in the colder mths) which only available to the residents of the Benton Sands estate.

This beach house is ideally situated opposite a bush reserve in tranquil surrounds, take a leisurely 3 minute stroll onto the brilliant white sand of Callala Beach or enjoy our large outdoor patio with outdoor setting for 8 people and BBQ under our shade structure for your confort, for those pleasant afternoon lunches. LOCATION:

Callala Beach is just 2 hours south of Sydney Metro area and in the Shoalhaven area. The magnificent white sands of Callala Beach meet the prisitine blue water of Jervs Bay marine park.

Callala Beach provides the ideal place for safe swimming for all the family, as well as *fishing *diving, *windsurfing *bike riding *Boats have ready ramp access to Jervis Bay from nearby Myola or Callala Bay.

An easy day trip can take in the many attractions of this region such as *Wineries, * numerous surf beaches, *art and crafts at Berry, *The Point Perperdicular Lighthouse and *bush walking at one of the many National Parks in this region.

LOCAL ATTRACTION

The town of Callala Beach and Callala Bay has it own local shopping centre with all the necessary stores required, also *RSL/sporting club, *golf course , *tennis courts and *local cycle ways.

See Dolphins and Whales frolicking in The Jervis Bay Marine Park as you stand on the white sands. or take a Dolphin / Whale watching cruise which departs from nearby Huskisson daily. Beach fishing is a must.
