This 4/5 bedroom 2 storey pole house is located in Suffolk Park in a quiet neighbourhood. Only a short stroll to Tallows Beach to have a swim or a wander or even to just sit and watch the waves roll in while you soak up some sun. It is also an easy walk to the local shopping village of Suffolk Park where you can find a bite to eat at one of the restaurants, you can have a drink at the pub, hire a video, or even just get some basics from the supermarket.

Aaja's is suitable for up to 8 persons and has 2 indoor living areas and 2 outdoor living areas, making this property ideal for a large family or 2 small ones. Downstairs is a studio. There are also 2 outdoor living areas a billiard table & table tennis for your enjoyment.
Linen is supplied, however you do need to bring your own beach towels.

Great beach house feel, beautiful timber throughout. The owners were very approachable and did what they could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. With a short stroll to the beach and quiet location I will be back again.

JUST THE ACCOMMODATION WE NEEDED FOR 6 ADULTS. ROOM FOR ALL TO STRETCH OUT AND RELAX. THIS IS A WELL LOVED HOME. THE BEDS WERE SO COMFORTABLE. THE SURROUNDS ARE BEAUTIFUL AND A SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY. HOPEFULLY ONE DAY WE WILL RETURN

Your property was amazing!
It was well suited to a larger group as we were. There were plenty of things to keep the boys entertained such as pool table, DVD's and sound system.
The large deck area at the front with BBQ was a perfect set up for us to dine together casually as well.
It had all the creature comforts of home and anything we would possibly need to make our stay comfortable.
The gardens were beautiful.
A very clean and well maintained property which I would highly recommend to anyone, be it a large group or a couple of families wanting to holiday together.
The location to Byron Bay was good. A quick cab ride if you wanted to enjoy a beer at the pub. There was also a local pub and shops a few minutes down the road. Not to forget walking distance to the beach too.

This house was just phenomenal. We were 2 Families and stayed there for a long week end. As it rained all the time, we had to spend a lot of time inside the house, wich is not always easy with young kids. But we had so much space, it was no problem. There are many games, books, DVDs, the house is very cosy, tasteful furniture, and I have never seen such a clean kitchen in a holiday house.
The street is quiet, and the kids could ride their bikes and scooters to the beach ( there is a bikeway straight to the beach, wich is really close as well). Thanks Chris, we will come back for sure!!!!!!

Great lush garden setting, short walk to a beautiful beach and great cafes. Heaps of space in the house, even with 4 kids. When we weren't enjoying the beach,the kids were well entertained with board games, books and DVDs. A very clean and comfortable house. We will definitely stay again.

Great house for a big family, we had three generations and fitted 13 for Xmas dinner and kitchen is well equipped. Relaxing atmosphere and plenty of space to cater for different ages. Great book and DVD library and games for all. Close to the great beach and shops. Thanks for your hospitality Chris - will recommend your lovely house to others.

Me and my friends absolutely loved it! It was amazing, we loved the balcony upstairs where we could relax, and then go downstairs and have a game of pool with friends.

We had a great stay at the house over Melbourne cup week. Lots of space for 6 adults to keep themselves entertained in, lots of books and just a short stroll to both the shops, local pub and the beach. Would recommend this place to friends if they are heading up to Byron for sure. Thanks Chris for providing a great greeting with homemade sweets too!

We had a wonderful 9 days stay at Aaja's Beachouse in July 2011. We shared this home with another family of 4, it had everything we needed, The children were always occupied playing pool , table tennis etc. The Parents were always happy sitting on the Sundeck or enjoying cooking in the kitchen. Our every need was catered for. We are already planning on repeating the dose of Suffolk Park bliss next year.

A small group of us stayed at Ajas Beach House for a long weekend (we were in town for a wedding).
The house has a great vibe - and everyone loved that we could walk to the beach! (Tallow Beach - fantastic!) The groom and groomsmen got ready at the house, and really enjoyed that a couple of beers and a game of pool was possible. Such a great place for a social stay, there are plenty of break out areas to chat or have time out! We had a great time.

We had a wonderful time celebrating my 40th Birthday. A great meeting place, which was accessibly for friends flying from Canberra and Sydney. The house was a perfect size for our group, with a cosy feel. It was handy for Byron and great for the beach. We loved it! Hope to go back next year!

Aajas was most comfortable large house to stay in
The wild life and chorus in the trees around are fantastic.
The house has all you would need and more and most delightful with each door opening a new area.
Plenty of things to do when the rain sets in

We had a really lovely time at the house. It suited our needs well and was well equipt. Unfortunately we didn't have enough time to try out all the games and things but plan on coming back in six months to stay again.
The location was great, close to the beach and not to far from Byron Bay.
Would definitely recommend it.

Great Holiday house that sleeps upto 10 ppl. The balcony is perfect for a BBQ with friends. There's also a pool table and table tennis to challenge your friends with. Great location with only a 2 min walk to Tallow Beach.
