Studio: 1 Queen bed & fold down sofa. Sleeps 3 people.
Studio: 2 King single beds & fold down sofa. Sleeps 3 people.
1 Bdrm: Queen Bed & pullout Sofa. Sleeps 4 people.
2 Bdrm: Queen bed & 2 King singles & pullout sofa. Sleeps 6 people.
2 Bdrm: 2 Queen beds & pullout sofa. Sleeps 6 people.
3 Bdrm: 2 Queen beds & 2 sngle beds & pullout sofa. Sleeps 8 people.
Our central location is regarded by many as "the best location in Airlie Beach". Quiet and away from the noise yet a close flat walk to all the action of the main street.

2 Bedroom Ocean View Apartment

Apartment has Ocean Views and is fully refurbished to as new condition. Self contained and fully equipped kitchen. All linen supplied. All new bedding, furnishing, reverse-cycle air-conditioning and flat screen TV and DVD.
Rates are displayed for 2 people during mid season and 4 people during peak season. Extra adults $25.00. Extra children $15.00. The room caters for a maximum of 6 adults and 5 children however it cannot exceed 6 guests in total.

Studio Apartment

Apartment is brand new with fully equipped kitchen and ensuite bathroom. Open plan bedroom with reverse-cycle air-conditioning and flat screen TV and DVD.
Rates are for 2 people during mid season $A 110 per night and for peak season $A130 per night. Extra adults $25.00 and Extra children $15.00. The room caters for a maximum of 2 adults and 1 additional smaller adult or 2 small children on the drop down sofa. The apartment cannot exceed 4 guests in total.
