ELANORA

By the sea in beautiful Ventnor, Phillip Island. Our house is at 27 Cadogan Ave, Ventnor. It has been set up to offer a fantastic holiday for families. 4 bedrooms (sleeps 12), 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas and a large deck with sea views!!

Down stairs is for the kids with a rumpus room containing TV, VCR, CD player, Table Tennis and other games. This leads into the kids ‘BUNKER ROOM’ with 3 bunk beds just like camp. Down stairs also has its own bathroom and toilet and a further bedroom containing a queen size bed.


Upstairs is for mum and dads to enjoy the open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge room containing TV, DVD, CD player and split system cooling. This leads out to the large deck with BBQ. A perfect place to catch the views, enjoy a refreshment or even watch the kids below on the open lawn directly in front of the deck. Upstairs also boasts a main bedroom with queen size bed, another bedroom with a bunk bed plus bathroom and separate toilet.

Elanora means - "a home by the sea"

Best of all Ventnor beach is only a 1 to 2 minute stroll away. Quicker if you run. You can walk on Ventnor beach for kilometres and avoid the hustle and bustle of Cowes. There will be no problems finding your own piece of sand and enjoy this fantastic safe swimming beach. If you feel adventurous the surf beaches are only a short drive away. Cowes is also only a short drive down the road but the best thing is you can escape back in Ventnor.

Cadogan Ave is a no through road with little traffic and one of the few asphalted streets in Ventnor. This makes it safe for the kids and a great place to ride if they bring their bikes.

Our house is ideal for a large family, two families together or a group of friends.

PRICING

Phillip Island has many events on during the year and therefore pricing varies according to demand. A good guide is that the summer holidays are premium, rest of summer high, spring medium and winter low. Grand Prixs $1800. Prices for ONE WEEK are Premium = $1200, High = $1000, Medium = $900, Low = $700. Our prices for ONE NIGHT are. High = $180, Medium = $170, Low = $160. (Minimum 2 nights) There are no nightly bookings during Premium periods.
