By the sea in beautiful Ventnor, Phillip Island. Only about 8 minutes from Cowes main shopping strip. Our house is at 27 Cadogan Ave, Ventnor. It has been set up to offer a fantastic holiday for families. 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8-10), 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas and a large deck with partial sea views!!
Downstairs is for the kids with a rumpus room containing TV, DVD, CD player and loads of the latest DVD's. Games room also inlcudes table tennis, foosball soccer game, and other stuff. The large kids room has 2 bunk beds and an additional single bed. The other bedroom down stairs contains a queen size bed and wardrobe. Downstairs also has a bathroom, toilet and laundry.
Upstairs is an open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge room. There's a 42 inch LCD/LED flat screen TV with many digital channels; also a DVD player and an IPOD music system. There's a large deck with BBQ, umbrella and out door setting - a perfect place to relax and have a glass of wine and enjoy the views. Upstairs also boasts a main bedroom with a king size delux bed (the most comfortable bed ever -you won't want to go home ), another smaller bedroom with a queen size bed, plus a bathroom and separate toilet. There is also a cooling and heating system upstairs. The lawn in front of the house is HUGE and can be used for lots of kids and family entertainment.

Best of all Ventnor beach access is in the street, only 1 minute stroll away. Quicker if you run. You can walk on Ventnor beach for kilometres and avoid the hustle and bustle of Cowes. There 's no problems finding your own piece of sand and enjoy this fantastic safe swimming beach. If you feel adventurous the surf beaches are only a short drive away. Cowes is also only a short drive down the road but the best thing is you can escape back in Ventnor.
Cadogan Ave is a no through road with very little traffic and one of the few asphalted streets in Ventnor. This makes it safe for the kids and a great place to ride if they bring their bikes. There are no main roads for 2.5km so its a haven for kids. 'Once you move in - you won't want to move out!'
