An ionized swim pool with the cleanest water, Cappuccino machine and a fully equipped kitchen plus BBQ and a Mediterranean courtyard gives you a base to explore this extraordinarily powerful part of the world. Walk to Broken head or the Tea tree lakes and close enough to Byron to still take in the excitement if you want. Southoftheborder is perfect recipe for a break in the Rainbow region.......For large family gatherings or groups you can rent Southoftheborder alongside Tijuana sleeping a total of 14 people.

During winter (until 31st August) we are running both special rates and last minute rates. Last minute rates apply as a 20% discount on our regular daily rate of $165 taking the daily rate to $132. In addition we are offering Winter week day rates of $100 per day.
