This modern 2 level home offers plenty of space for comfortable family living. The upper level is bright and airy open plan and combines living areas, dining, kitchen and WC and enjoys coastal sea views and breezes.

The ground level includes all 4 bedrooms, rumpus room with sofa bed (queen size). The house can sleep 8. All 4 bedrooms are comfortably fitted with queen sized beds. Master bedroom features walk-in robe and ensuite bathroom.

A single bed is available if required.

The large sundeck on upper level with shade sail is great for evening meals in summer and overlooks the pool in backyard and the stunning district views.

A study with wireless internet is accomodated in the basement.

The house is ideally situated in the heart of Clovelly near Bronte, Coogee and Tamarama. It is in a quiet Street yet only 15 minuts to the City, Sydney Harbour or to the airport. Enjoy all the local beaches and coastal walk from Bondi to Maroubra, as well as the nightlife and restaurants.

Close to golf, tennis, parks, playgrounds, Bondi Junction Westfields, markets, cafe and nightspots. Short walk to public transport to harbour ferries and all the sights of Sydney.
