The property is located in the quiet end of town, approximately 1.7kms (20 min walk) to the Cowes Jetty.
The backyard is fully fenced with room for the younger ones to run around. For more active sports the local park in 100m down the street, and includes huge open space and a great playground.

This beautiful property is maintained to display home standard and is a real treat to enjoy. The three queen bedrooms are each serviced by separate ensuite bathrooms, and the remaining bedroom has two singles - and access to the fourth bathroom!
That's right - FOUR bedroms and FOUR bathrooms!
Plenty of room!
The property has a large open plan kitchen / dining / lounge, and a separate "downstairs lounge" as well.
There are also four bathrooms and a laundry.
Bedrooms are as follows:
Bed 1: Queen (with ensuite)
Bed 2: Queen (with ensuite)
Bed 3: Queen (with ensuite)
Bed 4: Single x 2
The property also has two futons couches in the downstairs lounge which can provide an additional two beds.
LINEN:
We always supply pillows, doonas, tea towels and bath mats.
Guests normally bring their own sheets (2 per bed), pillow cases and towels - although we can supply these items at additional charge (see below).
For premium bookings (SuperBikes, V8 SuperCars, MotoGP, Schoolies) the listed price includes all linen and beds made up.

Katherine House is a great property. We had 7 adults staying and there was plenty of room for everyone. Having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in a rental house makes it so much easier for everyone. The living area and outside balcony provide plenty of space for all. We have stayed at this house twice now and will certainly use it again when we next return to Phillip Island.

We had a wonderful stay. Excellent property and very well suitable for a large family or extended family n friends as ensures attached with a bedrooms. Generous kitchen utensils and amenities!! Would definitely like to stay again.

This is a wonderfull holiday that i won't never forget. I booked KATHERINE for 2 night and the house was fantastic, it has everything we need, so comfortable and relax, especialy it's very close to shops and beach.
This is the holiday house which i will recommence to everyone. We hope coming back on our next trip.

We had a fantastic short break at 'Katherine House'. The property was perfect for two families, immaculately presented and the owner was very friendly to deal with. The kids loved the short walk to the park and playground. We will definately be visiting again. Highly recommended!
