So if your not sitting on the private balcony soaking up the spectacular view, or lazing in the double spa enjoying the decadence of the sound and vision experience, you must be curled up on the magnificent custom leather couch (Apt1), gorgeous armchairs (Apt 2), enjoying the ambiance of a wood (Apt 1) or gas log fire (Apt 2); perhaps even lazing in the king size comfort of the fabulous King beds.

Apartment Descriptions:

Apartment 1:
Premium, spacious, penthouse apartment with custom over sized leather sofa overlooking an awesome unsurpassed 180 degree view and the romantic ambiance of a wood fire on those cooler nights. Our renowned multi-zone entertainment system; even a water proof touch pad control with large LCD screen and there’s a double shower that looks out across the lounge to the view. NB: The emphasis is not on a spa view in Apt 1. The sunny north face deck is 8 meters above the ground which gives it a tree house like feel with captivating views.
Even the kitchen has awesome views.

Apartment 2:
A cozy ambiance and romantic feel with flowing contemporary design with each area taking maximum advantage of the views, including the beautifully appointed bathroom, with spa side LCD of course. At one end is the fabulous Chandon king size bed with the ultimate sound and vision experience. At the other end is the lounge and dining area all furnished and decorated with great quality and flair with a gas log fire for cooler nights. A very private north face deck to take in the view is surrounded on its west and east sides by native landscaping. There is a kitchenette for basic needs.

Summit Views has been rated 4.5 stars under the 'Apartment Self Catering' category and is Green Star accredited by AAA Tourism for the initiatives taken to reduce the impact on the environment without compromising on luxury.

Relax in the spa bath or in the majestic bed and activate your personal touch pad, watch a movie, Foxtel IQ (platinum) on the Large screen, or listen to the music of your choice.
A masseur is also available by prior arranged appointment

Located only a few minutes walk is the summit, Arthur's Hotel, the beautiful sea winds gardens , the much acclaimed Arthur's Seat Maze and only a short drive from the Peninsuls Hot Springs or the many fine wineries, cafes, galleries and restaurants, rugged ocean beaches and countless other attractions of the Mornington Peninsula.

Weekends: $780 - $840

Cancellation Policy:
If more than 30 days notice is given, then rescheduling or cancellation of booking is permitted. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival requires full payment, unless property can be rebooked. (Cancellations fees will apply)
