With stunning views of pristine Mollymook Beach this comfortable family home will be a wonderful base for your stay in the area. Upstairs is a formal dining room, spacious lounge, light filled sun room and a fully equipped kitchen with large ice-maker fridge, new oven and dishwasher. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed, with two singles in the second room and two sets of bunks downstairs. There are two bathrooms, a good size back deck with BBQ and outdoor setting and a level, fully fenced backyard for the children and the pets. Mollymook Beach is a five minute walk while Rick Stein's famous restaurant and Bannisters Pizza and Cocktail Bar is even closer. Narrawallee Beach and Inlet are just a short drive away, as is the historic township of Milton, Ulladulla CBD, shops, entertainment and facilities. A bit further afield is famous Pigeon House Mountain, Pebbly Beach and miles of National Parks to enjoy!
The towns of Ulladulla and Milton
Ulladulla is a vibrant town with shops, banks, restaurants, clubs, picture theater, library, harbour with its fishing fleet, leisure center with gym, indoor/outdoor pools, squash, tennis, golf, scuba diving, deep sea fishing, Aboriginal bush walking trails. Ulladulla is a 2 1/2 hour drive from either Sydney or Canberra.
The historic township of Milton enjoys the beauty of a rural setting only minutes from the coast, and is a hive of activity with a mecca of gift and homewares shops, fantastic food, good coffee and colourful characters.

We had a wonderful stay at kookaburra West. It has a great view of the ocean & the house is well equipped. The homely atmosphere made our stay comfortable & fun.

Lovely, relaxing house with gorgeous views.It has everything you need in the kitchen a well as comfortable beds and friendly neighbours. Loads of books and magazines to read and dvds to watch. Mollymook North Beach is 8 minutes walk away by foot with about 30 stairs accessing the patrolled beach. Secure backyard for your dog with water and food bowls provided.

Great house, great location, great veiws. All you require for an outstanding holiday house is here. We had to drag the kids out in tears and the dog wouldn,t leave the back yard. Nothing more needs to be said.

This place was simply wonderful. Two directions of ocean view and such a versatile space that it could be completely open or snug and warm. We had a cold spell, but with gas heating and sliding doors we enjoyed the place, looking down over Mollymook Beach, while staying cosy. The backyard was great for the dog. And we had a welcome from a Kookaburra!

We stayed at Kookaburra West over the Easter break with two families and had a great time. The view was fantastic, even when it was raining it was great to cozy up in the sunroom and look out over the waves! We had everything we needed and it was close enough to be beach to be able to walk. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic property with amazing views. This house has it all and comfortably suited us with some family and friends staying for a few days.
The house is lovingly looked after and even had a very large range of magazines and books to enjoy on our stay. Would highly recommend this house and we will be staying again.

Very nice house with all amenities such as toilet, kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, dryer. I loved the sun room it has a fantastic view to the beach that is only 8 minute walk. Beach had beautiful blue water. At night you can hear the waves crashing. I would highly recommend Kookuburra West and i wish to return again.

This house has a truly spectacular view down to the beach from the big sunroom where we could sit mesmerised by the waves rolling in. It's a short walk to the beach - just perfect for wandering back and forth. We found the house was stocked with just about everything we could need. It's an older style house but very comfortable with good indoor and outdoor spaces to spread yourself out in, be sociable, get some quiet, keep cool or sit in the sun. A great holiday.
