Peninsula 9 is a prime property with privacy that has been recently rebuilt. Truly on the peninsula, it sits between surf and creek with direct access to both.

This two storey townhouse with garage under has 3 large bedrooms upstairs - two with queen beds and flat screen TVs and one with two single beds + trundle. Two bathrooms.
Open plan downstairs with multiple living areas - the lounge (42 inch LCD TV) opens to a large patio with awning blind on the beach side and to a rear deck overlooking the creek. Generous well-equipped kitchen with all appliances. Laundry with washing machine and dryer. Stairs down to large garage under. Water views from every room.
