The large master bedroom has a King and Single Bed plus Queen pull out sofa lounge with adjoining ensuite. The Lounge and dining can seat up to 10 people at any one time. Front and back porch for extra living options.
Extra large pool and spa. Outdoor entertaining area downstairs with tropical gardens. Off street parking with Carport for 3 and 10 push bikes to use while you are here. Foxtel/Austar and Free WIFI throughout the house. Pet and Child Friendly.

Fully air-conditioned with fans throughout, this house sits on the first floor of a large mansion and is the Perfect Entertainer for large groups or families.
The large property hosts a large house and studio apartment which are rented seperately and share the pool area. Both are offered seperatly on the holiday market and can be booked together if requested.
A resident Caretaker also lives on the property in a seperate area.

The studio has queen bed (and single on request), couchette, reading area, 32" LCD TV with DVD and Cable TV, kitchenette and bathroom with laundry facilities. Outside is a beautiful leafy patio with table for 2 and sun lounge. Private and secluded this studio shares a large tropical pool, spa and outdoor entertaining area of the holiday house above.
Perfect for the individual in town on business or work, pleasure or an extended break away from the hustle and bustle of main stream living.
The owner prefers long term bookings, but is very happy to accommodate bookings of 5 nights or more.
