Willows is the perfect getaway for families or couples alike. The pristine Upper Yarra River is at the bottom of the garden. There is easy access to all that beautiful Warburton has to offer. Newly renovated, Willows features three double bedrooms, a bunkroom for the kids, two large bathrooms , two lounges, both with large flat screen tv's, dvd players, a large balcony and BBQ all set in a large country garden with parking for 4 vehicles

The centrepiece is a brand new chef's kitchen with a fantastic 4 oven stove with a 110cm induction cooktop. The kitchen is huge with Caesarstone tops, a large double-door fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, pizza maker, sandwich toaster....the list goes on.

The kitchen/lounge has both reverse cycle a/c and a wood fired Coonara - toasty in Winter, wonderfully cool in Summer!
This lounge room overlooks the beautiful outlook of the backyard heading down to the river. There is a large leather sofa which can accomadate 4-5 adults.
There are 2 separate lounge rooms which is perfect if you are a large group with children. Both of the lounge rooms have large flat screen tv's with dvd players.
Room for Everyone
Willows has three very comfortable large queen-sized bedrooms, all have electric blankets. There are chest-of-drawers and bedsides in each. The fourth bedroom 1 bunk bed (2 single beds) with room for a cot if needs be.
The lounge/reading room also has a double-sized sofa bed
Two full bathrooms means no-one has to queue for long and one bathroom has a laundry with front loader washing machine and dryer.
Rates are based on parties of 6 adults although we can accomodate up to 10 adults at an additional charge. All long weekends are 3 night minimums; Cup Weekend and Easter have a 4 night minimums.

We have just returned from a sensational weekend at Willows. Great acoomodation for our extended family, 6 adults and 3 children, and we made use of the deck, river, bike track, and the road to Donna Buang by the cyclists in the family. A wonderful house to get away from the hustle and bustle, with the amenities of Warburton a close walk away, and the river at the bottom of the garden. The house is well presented, and a delightful place to stay.

I have just spent a most enjoyable weekend with friends at Willows @ Warburton. The presentation and comfort of the house were first class with every need catered for. Thank you for sharing Willows with us and we will be back when next visiting Warburton for a weekend break.

We stayed at Willows with another family, each of us with two children, and could not have been more impressed. The house is exceptionally comfortable and felt like a real home not a holiday rental. The kitchen and log burner are awesome! Great location too, right on the river and a lovely walk into town.

Highly recommend the 'Willows' experience. The house is rustic and charming, and in a perfect location. The owners are also a delight, and have put a lot of thought and care into the overall set-up.

We had an absolutely great time at Willows. The kitchen had everything one would need to prepare a gourmet feast ...and a few extra things. We loved the open fireplace and our host Fiona even set it up so that we only needed to light it up to get the place toasty warm. Everything was fantastic and thanks for a great weekend.

Fiona & Carl. We had wonderful stay at Willows @ Warburton for 3 nights. The house had all the facilities we could have hoped for; excellent kitchen/ dining/living area, 3 double rooms, a bunk room and 2 bathrooms, a warm fire and big verandah overlooking the garden. The house presented very clean and tidy and we loved it. Thank you for your offer of assistance for anything else we required. When we return to Warburton we will ask to stay here again and would certainly(and have already)recommend it to others. Thanks again.

We stayed at Willows the weekend that we did the Oxfam 100km walk. After 34 hours of walking it was an absolute dream to walk into the house. Everything was so welcoming. The beautiful fresh sheets and soft towels were all that we could have hoped of and more. What a house to recover in.
Everything in the house was of the highest quality and all the details were thought about. From the stocked wood pile, to the piles of books and magazines, to the kitchen set up for entertaining with everything that you needed.
I don't think that anything was overlooked. We will definitely be back again and again. Willows felt like walking into a home and was s delightful place to spend a weekend away. The owners have done a wonderful job.
