The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stone bench tops, Bosch Appliances, icemaker fridge, microwave, and dishwaher.
Large flat screen TV, DVD player and Nintendo wii gaming console can be found in the loungeroom, along with a leather lounge.
Step out the front door and the pool is only meters away on the same level with views to the Hinterland.
There are two security car parks as well as 4 visitor carparks for the unit block behind gates.
This Penthouse is in a sensational spot, great location for transport, walks along the beach, close by to restaurants/cafes and The Grand Hotel.
Coolangatta Airport approx. 30 minutes
Brisbane Airport 45 minutes. you can also book your airport transfers, Car hire and Theme Park Tickets from our
website at Pre-pay and avoid the long waits at the gates.
Theme Parks are approximately 15 minutes drive to all.
Harbourtown Shopping Outlet with all the name brands is just around the corner, a 5 minute drive.
Surfers Paradise is a 10 minute drive.
Our office is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
