Check out the Dolphins at the Jetty they visit most days. (Please do not feed or touch them as there are large fines for doing so).
What about a spot of fishing off the beach or Jetty.
Try your hand at surfing, sand boarding or maybe 4 wheel driving in the dunes. If you don't have a 4x4 then take a Thrill Ride on a Hummer, or see the friendly guys at Desert Storm for a ride in there dune climbing bus.
There are a couple of great pubs with great grub, and lots more places to get a bite to eat.
