Description
This luxury three bedroom, two bathroom villa is situated in a gated resort on Geographe Bay. It is fully self-contained with a generous sized kitchen that is equipped with full-sized fridge, electric cooktop and oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
There are two large LCD TVs in the villa. All of these have free foxtel. There is also a DVD stereo in the living area and inhouse movies. There are also two small LCD TVs with built-in DVD players in the back in the minor bedrooms.
The main bedroom has a king size bed and LCD TV. The second bedroom has two king singles and the third bedroom, which is in the loft, has two single beds. The loft bedroom does not have it's own door at the top of the stairs but has good privacy. All the bedrooms have built in robes. The ensuite has a shower, toilet, vanity and spa bath. The second bathroom has a vanity and shower. Both bathrooms have hair dryers. There is also a separate toilet next to the second bathroom. (There is a sofa bed in the lounge so you could fit 8 persons at a pinch)
There are reverse cycle airconditioners in the living area and each of the bedrooms.
The Villa has a private courtyard with a BBQ and oudoor setting that seats six. There is also a clothesline.
The resort has a large outdoor family friendly pool plus a large heated indoor pool and separate spa. There is a gymnasium, squash courts and full size tennis court (rackets can be hired). For the kids there is a Games Room with pool tables, air hockey, table tennis, foosball table and arcade games. There is also a Toy Room that has TV with Foxtel, PS2 and X-Box. There are books and toys too.
It is just a short stroll to the pristine Broadwater Beach. It is only 6km to Busselton town centre and about ten minutes drive to Dunsborough and 25 minutes to Margaret River. There are plenty of wineries, galleries, cheese and chocolate factories and restaurants close by.
The Broadwater Beach Bar and Restaurant is just next door (2 min walk) and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner all week. There is also a small shopping complex next door with IGA (grocery store), Chemist, Newsagent and Food Court.
CLEANING/SERVICING
There is a once per stay Cleaning/Servicing charge of $120. This fee is for linen exchange and actual cleaning of the unit. It applies only once regardless of the length of stay. (For stays longer than 7 days an additional cleaning/Service may be required.) There are additional cleaning charges if the unit is not left in a clean & tidy condition upon vacating.
SECURITY BOND
Please note that there is a $500 refundable security bond payable. This will be normally be refunded within 5 business days of vacating. The full amount is payable regardless of the length of stay.
