Spacious central entertaining deck, with alfresco style access from living/dining/master bedroom. Gas BBQ connected to mains, 10 seater outdoor dining setting under full shade sail. Safe fully fenced rear garden with sand pit, cubby house, swings, slide, trampoline and table tennis. Cot and high chair provided. Property has double lock up garage.
Families and mature groups, definitely no schoolies bookings.

The Family Entertainer lived up to its name. Plenty of things to keep the little, and bigger, kids amused. Lots of space and loved the backyard and all it had to offer. Will definitely be back.

This is one of the best places if you want to stay in Rye. Huge house with all the facilities, pefect for a family getaway. Table tennis and other games like monopoly and poker kept everyone occupied. Loved dining out on deck next to BBQ( i think this is the best feature of the house) nicely kept bedrooms and bathrooms makes it more pleasurable to stay! highly recommended"

Your property was very impressive. The house���s design is perfect for more than one family & the amenities are first rate. You have responded positively to feedback & the property has been enhanced accordingly. E.g. shade sail.. The kids loved the yard.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & look forward to returning when time allows.

We were very impressed with the property, it is very spacious with well planned living areas. The kitchen is modern and very well equipped. The central entertaining area outside is great as it can be accessed through several doors. Overall it was very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Family Entertainer definitely lived up to its name: cozy, spacious and well-equipped - especially for kids. Loads of natural light - great for winter! Everything we needed was there, and the outdoor "playground" was a winner with our 2, 4 & 6 year-olds. We had family down from Gympie, and I had been concerned that they may be too cold (September!), but all were toasty warm. A wonderful holiday - hoping to return again soon!

Thank you Rob and Jo, from the begining you made it very simple to book your property. You were always there to answer any questions and offering assistance to be of further help.
When we arrived all seven of us were left open mouthed. The property is so wonderfully layed out. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Yet nice and cosy in all the communial rooms. The kitchen was very well equpied with everything you could think of. It is also very kid friendly and is extreamly appealing for families. I would highly recommend this property and i definatly want to come back in summer :)

Our stay at the Family Entertainer was better that we could have hoped for. The kids were kept entertained with the fantastic 'surf club' cubby house, sandpit, swing set and trampoline to boot! Such a family friendly property and the layout of the house was perfect for what we needed. We will most certainly be staying here again and Rob was fantastic in making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible.
