This ultra modern, absolute beach front home is among the premier multi-million dollar residences of Australia's East Coast. Completed in March 2010 this spectacular property is not only beach front, its eastern boundary is the high tide mark of the beautiful Sapphire Beach.
In possession of what is questionably one of the most celebrated ocean views in the world, this exceptional home presents a rare lifestyle of undeniable superiority and exclusivity that is unmatched in either position or quality.
The Solitary Islands Beach House is stylishly appointed, very spacious and will comfortably accommodate 8 people or more. Innovatively designed to achieve uncompromised panoramic views of the ocean. An open plan kitchen, living and dinning area opens completely to the outdoors, and then its just an effortless 20 meter walk to the warm sandy beach. The beautiful galley kitchen is clad in stone, stainless steel and white glass; features include world class ILVE appliances, instant hot/cold filtered water, ice machine, beverage centre and views of the beach.
An exotic infinity pool with hot spa shares beach views with the Balinese Gazebo complete with sun lounges, sand chairs and a BBQ. A timber deck located at the very edge of the beach offers an amazing ambiance of outstanding beach and headland landscapes while you dine or relax.

Four huge bedrooms, each with its very own en-suite. The master king bedroom located on the second level has spectacular unobstructed views of the ocean and Solitary Islands and opens out to a large deck overlooking the beach. Stylized furniture, a double vanity bathroom, two person rain shower, oversize bathtub with an infinite view of the Pacific Ocean creates a special ambience.
The second king bedroom takes advantage of a private second level quiet open courtyard, large en-suite and walk in robe.
The third bedroom also boasts a large en-suite and private deck.
The second level has also a separate living and lounge area overlooking the beach and Solitary Islands.
The forth bedroom is located on the ground floor and doubles as a games room for the kids complete with a large TV, PS2 and DVD.
Entire house has ducted Air Conditioning.
All linen & beach towels are supplied.
Bedding configuration consists of 2 x king beds and 2 x queen beds, additional single beds are available upon request.
Wireless Broadband and pay-tv are provided free of charge.
Smoking inside the house is not permitted
Cots and high chairs supplied free
A credit card must be supplied as a security deposit.
