This retreat would suit couples or singles. Not really suitable for children - one child or baby can be accommodated by prior arrangement. This is a private residence not a hotel. You have a common entrance with the owner and share a staircase otherwise you are totally secure and private. One night stays are $175 unfortunately the stays website does not allow for me to display a one night stay option.
King size bed with the best Egyptian Cotton Bed linen, luxurious sealy posturepedic mattress for the comfiest sleep ever. Plantation shutters on windows with a view onto Abbott Street. Leather sofa and designer furniture with an original zebra skin rug on the floor. It is all about the luxury experience. This is your personal retreat with a small dining table so you can enjoy breakfast in your bedroom while watching TV or just relaxing before taking a stroll to the beach which is a 10 minute walk away. You also have available in your room a small fridge with mini-bar and tea and coffee making facilities. An extensive library of current "best sellers"
and current magazines also available. "141 Abbott" is a 10 minute walk from Sandringham Station and the vibrant atmosphere of the local shops and outdoor restaurants. We also have available for hire 2X Electra
Amsterdam bicycles so you can enjoy a ride down to the shops or along the beach front. There is only one exclusive room available so your privacy is guaranteed
