"Lakes on View St" is ten minutes walk from the centre of town. This little piece of paradise has uninterrupted water views of the Gippsland Lakes and adjoins a leafy green, nature reserve. There are five bedrooms, main bathroom and two en-suites, a modern kitchen and living area with north/west facing decks. Lakes View also has a solar heated pool for your personal use. There is ample off street, undercover parking for boats, jet skis and cars.
The house would be great for two families to share and to appreciate the things Lakes Entrance has to offer like the surf beaches, swimming, fishing, boating, golf, walking, bike riding, wineries and lake cruises.
The main entrance to Lakes View is downstairs where there is a large, modern, open living area. The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you will need during your stay and there are new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen/dining area overlooks the north facing deck where there is further seating in an outdoor dining area with BBQ facilities. The living room has a reverse cycle air conditioner/heater and a seperate wood fired heater. Relax on the comfy leather lounge looking through floor to ceiling windows that have uninterrupted views of the Gippsland Lakes. There is an LCD flatscreen, digital TV and DVD, a collection of books and magazines, an extensive DVD collection and a CD player which is IPod compatible. Perhaps Scrabble or Celebrity Heads is more to your liking?
Downstairs also has 4 bedrooms with sleeping for 8 people, 3 doubles and 2 singles.
There is a bright bathroom with separate bath and shower and second en-suite. There is also a separate toilet and laundry with brand new front loading washing machine.
Upstairs has a second living area with LCD flatscreen TV and DVD. Relax while you wait your turn to play billiards. There is a reverse cycle air conditioner/heater. This area opens onto an enormous deck with uninterrupted views of the Gippsland Lakes where you can relax in the evenings whilst watching the sunset. Upstairs also hosts the master bedroom and large ensuite.
We have a 'no party policy' as it is in a residential area and noise is to be kept to a minimum.
