Two further double bedrooms, bathroom, laundry and kids retreat/ studio are in a separate wing of the house meaning all guests can have their little bit of privacy. The fourth bedroom is a twin. It's ideal for two famililes.
Another great thing about this house is that there is plenty of room to store your toys securely in the double garage, the enclosed courtyard or gardens behind the house - and plenty of parking so bring your surf boards, kite surfing gear, fishing rods and bikes!

Location
Meridian is approximately 2 km south of Margaret River just off the Bussell Highway. Less than 5 minutes drive to the town centre for shopping, coffee, restaurants and galleries. Alternately if you want some exercise you can walk or cycle on the Rails to Trails into town. Located in a quiet residential area and opposite a park with childrens play equipment.
Within 10 - 15 minutes drive you are in amongst the wineries, The Berry Farm, Ten Mile Brook Dam or at world class surf beaches or child friendly Gnarabup beach.
