A minute's walk to the tram and train, 10 minute's from the city centre. Off-street parking available. Close to the University of Melbourne, Zoo, Queen Victoria Market, Royal Melbourne and Childrens' Hostpitals, Lygon st. Carlton, known for its restaurants and shopping, and Moonee Valley and Flemington racecourses.

The apartment was warm, clean and the beds were very comfortable. Lorrie and Gerry were perfect hosts; nothing was too much trouble for them. Would definitely stay again!

This apartment is a "best kept secret".Excellent value, in a great spot for getting around, very comfortable and quiet and Lorrie is a great host. I don't want to recommend it too highly in case it is booked out next time I'm in Melbourne!!
It was a lovely stay. The apartment is spacious, clean and well-maintained-- even the kitchen is fully stocked and ready to go! Its location was also a plus point, requiring only a short tram ride to the city. We received a warm welcome from the owners, and had a fantastic time thanks to their kind hospitality.
Very comfortable, felt like a second home. Well maintained and great attention to detail. Close proximity and easy access to everything in Melbourne. Will never look anywhere else for accomodation when we come to Melbourne again.

This is a very comfortable and pleasant place to stay, with everything you need provided. It is situated in a quiet street with quick and easy access into the centre of Melbourne. The hosts are very friendly and we really enjoyed staying here.
