Large undercover outdoor entertaining deck (with clear screen roll-up blinds) off main living - plus bbq and heaps of seating - you can sit in the sun on the deck as well!

If you haven't been to Cape Paterson you don't know what you're missing! Our beach house is only 5 minutes walk to the Cape's Surf Beach and 8-10 minutes walk to a safe family beach with a sand blasted pool. There are heaps of walking tracks, and rock pools to explore and enjoy.
The Cape Tavern and General Store are both an easy walk and as the crow flies about 100 metres away!
Plus you are not far from anything else you might like to do!
Wonthaggi is 10 minutes drive and has all you need for supplies with three supermarkets, cinema and McDonalds for the kids if you're desperate.
Wineries and 2 Golf Courses are also within 5 - 10 minutes drive.
If you want to dine out beyond the local tavern, Inverloch's cafes and restaurants are a 10 minute drive along the beautiful coastal road with national parks and lots of viewing points. Phillip Island is 25 minutes drive with more great attractions and Wilsons Promontory is close as well.
