For your comfort, ducted air conditioning runs throughout. The house is located on a quiet and peaceful peninsula, with waterfront on one side of the property, and conservation reserve to the other.
For the boating enthusiast, the magnificent Broadwater is only a short bridge free boat ride away! The beautiful restaurants of Sanctuary Cove are only 5 minutes away by boat, or dine at the local Coomera Waters Tavern, while you watch the sun set over the water.
This property has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main King Sized bedroom upstairs has a spacious retreat, its own ensuite and a balcony overlooking the water. The other 2 have Queen beds, and open to a balcony overlooking the reserve, and share a bathroom.
Downstairs the 4th bedroom is set up as a childrens retreat with single bed and trundle, and has access to the downstairs bathroom. There is also a double sofa bed in the theatre, and additional single pull out beds in rooms 2 and 3. This home easily accommodates 10 people, and is well suited to 2 families sharing their well earned break.
Nightly prices are based on a 7 night stay and vary according to duration of stay. Shorter stays and weekends (FRI and SAT or SAT and SUN) will be charged at a higher rate than the average nightly rate for a 7 night stay. Minimum stays are 2 nights at the weekend, or 3 nights midweek.

We had our family over from NZ & we all stayed here over New Years 2010/2011. We all loved the house so much & had a wonderful time. So close to the Theme parks & the area of Coomera waters is just gorgeous & quiet. We would all stay here again if we could, we had the best time. Thanks!!

what a beautiful house! great beds and linen, 3x bathrooms, great movie theatre room which we used alot, plunge pool is great, great space for a couple of small families. Location was nice and quiet, very quiet in fact. Would definitely recommend if visiting gold coast theme parks as very close to them all. Loved our stay thankyou very much! would gladly stay again and recommend to all! thankyou!
