It is located close to bus & ferry transport with Birchgrove Oval diagonally across the road. You can fish off the jetty or go for a swim at Snail Bay, a secluded sandy beach area, both located at the waterside end of Birchgrove Oval.
With its gorgeous harbour views and proximity to the city, Birchgrove remains a desirable and affluent waterfront suburb of Sydney.

Grove Terrace is a fully renovated terrace built in the earlier 1800's. As you enter through the solid front wooden gate, you are welcomed onto the front entertainment patio area with enough seating for six people to enjoy the outdoor living that is so popular with Sydneysiders.
Stepping past the patio area you enter through the stained glass doors into the surprisingly modern main living areas of the home. Entry into the lounge room takes you through the gourmet style kitchen and into the separate dining room at the rear of the house which ultimately leads into an enclosed courtyard at the rear.
Grove Terrace sleeps 6 people plus a portable cot & high chair. The bedrooms and bathroom is located on the second level. The main bedroom offers a King sized bed which leads out onto an extra large terrace where you can sit outdoors and drink your coffee and read the papers. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed which also leads out onto a verandah that overlooks through leafy trees towards Birchgrove Oval.
If you enjoy the outward charm of an early 19th century home with all the additions of modern conveniences, then you will love "Grove Terrace".
