This is a great hideaway that enjoys lovely views over Swan Bay. With 3 bedrooms the house sleeps 8 with 1 queen brm (with ensuite) the 2nd brm has 2 single beds and the 3rd brm has 2 sets of bunks. The front lounge has great windows to enable you to enjoy the Swan Bay outlook and it has r/c airconditioning, TV & DVD. A central host style kitchen offers elec cooking, microwave & dishwasher. The 2nd living area has a dining table plus a sitting area with another tv. The main bathroom has a shower and vanity with a separate toilet and the laundry has a front loader washing machine. The main bedroom has a large ensuite with a separate hip bath which is ideal for bathing smaller children.
The property has a great secure side yard and is well set up for children - the local steam train goes past the front of the house to the great amusement of youngsters. Well behaved dogs are welcome.
