Number 35 Bed and Breakfast guests will enjoy a natural light filled room, each with a king size bed or two singles and spacious surrounds, an ensuite with enclosed toilet, and private balcony. The rooms are double glazed and there are acoustic baffles in the walls and floors to ensure quietness. All guests have access to two other living areas, powder/toilet room, a solar heated lap pool and off street parking.
We are unable to offer early check in or late check out during high season.
Check in is from 2pm.
Check out is 11am.
We are unable to offer late check out for 1 night stays.
Each bedroom has a concealed fridge, desk/prep area, wall mounted digital TV/DVD, an ipod dock/clock/alarm unit. Internet access, hairdryer, iron/board, toiletries, leather tub chairs, outdoor setting.
All rooms are supplied with exquisite white cotton linen, silk filled doonas, and carefully selected art work and Flaxfield towels.
Coffee/tea making facilities along with home made delectables.
We have a non smoking policy within No 35. As for the comfort of all guests we do not cater for children.
Breakfast is served (from 8am until 10.30am) and prepared by your hosts in the dining area with both continental and cooked breakfasts available, which include a selection of preserves, fresh fruit and compote of fruit, bircher muesli and other specially selected cereals, freshly squeezed orange juice, yogurts and a choice of two hot breakfasts (changing menu). Of course T2 and freshly ground filtered coffee.

Directly opposite the Rip View lookout, where you can observe the ships entering and leaving the bay, but still tucked away from the bustle of the Village. The Pt Lonsdale Pier is a 2 minute stroll away.
Queenscliff is 5 Kilometres away or 1 hour walk.
