Rileys Bed and Breakfast offers guests luxury accommodation in a stunning contemporary designed Boutique Bed and Breakfast. Situated in a quiet location in a magnificent rural valley. Rileys is specifically designed as a luxury Bed and Breakfast. Three large suites all with gererous ensuites and direct access to the veranda.
All facilities are on the one level.
The BnB features: Private entry, huge guest verandah, large ensuites, separate guest dining and living area. Large screen Television and DVD in all rooms. Delicious breakfast served on the verandah or the dining room.

Rileys Cabin

The self-contained family cabin sleeps up to six in separate bedrooms. queen downstairs, two singles on a mezzanine and fold out double.
The cabin features large deck with BBQ, living room, modern kitchen, laundry and garden.

The BnB and cabin are within walking distance of three restaurants, the Avoca Hotel and the Avoca Bowling Club and only five minutes drive to the many restaurants of Terrigal Beach.

Rileys Lake House

The Lake House is a refurbished two level lakeside cottage about 100 metres from the cafes and shops of the Avoca Village and 300 metres level walk to the beach.
Four bedrooms, sleeps seven, new kitchen, large A/C living room, BBQ and large covered deck overlooking the lake.
A private wharf and kayaks available for guests.
Launch you kayak directly into the lake.
Guests can paddle three hiundred metres from the Lake House to the beach and surf.
