Fabulous ocean views. Sleeps 12. Dining table seats 12. Large open plan living area includes kitchen. All linen supplied. Separate TV room. Short walk (3 - 5 minutes) to the beach. Superlarge deck with twin outdoor setting to seat 20.

There are 5 double bedrooms. At entrance level there are two are main bedrooms, each with a queen bed and one with an ensuite. 3 double bedrooms are downstairs, all have a king bed which can be separated into two single beds. The 1st bedroom downstairs has a double sofa bed. The 3rd bedroom downstairs is accessed through the 2nd downstairs bedroom. The 1st and 3rd downstairs bedrooms also open onto an outside patio/deck with views. In additional to the ensuite bathroom there is a main bathroom at entrance level and a main bathroom downstairs.

At entrance level there is a large entertaining area consisting of kitchen dining and living room, which has three large sliding doors opening onto a massive deck overlooking the ocean and the beach. This deck has a 4 burner gas barbeque and 2 x 10 seat outdoor table setting. There is a separate area next to the entertainment area for TV.

All linen is supplied. Arrive late - keyless touch pad entry. There is off street car parking for 4 - 5 cars.

This house is extremely suitable for a family bonding week or group of friends for a week-end. Its ambience is a little bit of charm with wonderful views close to all which Terrigal Beach and village has to offer.

Pricing and stays over Christmas and New Year

One night stays are not accepted more than 4 weeks in advance and are charged a premium due to the overheads of cleaning a large house and changing and laundering all the linen.

Over the Christmas and New Year period, we have preferred stay periods to ensure that those who book for Christmas day and for New Year's eve, have days both before and after each of those events to relax and recuperate.

From Terrigal Beach you can walk around the edge of the Ocean to Forresters, a 40 minute walk one way.

A 5 minute drive to Erina Fair Shopping Plaza and cinema complex. 2 Minute drive to Terrigal Golf Club (9 holes) and tennis courts.

10 minutes drive to Avoca Beach with old time cinema.

15 minute drive to Mingara Recreation Club
