Designed by internationally acclaimed architects Donovan Hill, Villa 79 is nestled in the prime back row location of the All Seasons Resort overlooking the native bushland setting. The Resort at Point Lookout is situated opposite magnificent Home Beach - one of several unspoilt surf beaches in close proximity. The Resort features a heated pool, gourmet Cafe, children's playground and exercise room.
The Villa sleeps 5 and is ideal for families or 2 couples.

The minimum stay is 3 nights during low season ($550.00) and 7 nights during school holidays.
Villa 79 features
Unique design within the resort featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Villa consists of 2 separate pods joined by a large verandah - the ideal Queensland indoor/outdoor relaxed lifestyle. The master bedroom pod features a queen bed and ensuite and opens onto the inter-connecting verandah. The second pod has the main open plan living, dining and kitchen area, second bedroom located off the living area and main bathroom. The second bedroom has a double and single bunk bed. The Villa features polished floors and is stylishly furnished with European appliances including four burner cooktop, oven & microwave. Airconditioned and ceiling fans throughout, full security screened and undercover parking. Top loader washer and dryer. The large outdoor deck with shade sail features a gas BBQ and built in seating - the ideal place for relaxing. An additional deck overlooks the Resort greenspace and native bushland.
Spectacular Stradbroke
Stradbroke Island is famous for its pristine surf beaches, freshwater lakes, spectacular coastal gorges and scenery. An amazing variety of activities are available from swimming and surfing, scuba diving on nearby Flinders Reef, walking along the cliff top trails at Point Lookout or the freshwater lakes, golf, bowls club next door, fishing, whale and dolphin watching as well as relaxing! A photographers and fisherman's paradise awaits.
Our minimum stay is 3 nights during low season and 7 nights for all holidays. Higher nightly rates are charged forbookings less than 7 days. Please ask for 3-6 night tariffs. As an indication, a 3 night weekend stay in low season is $550.00. Discounted ferry fares can be arranged.

We had a fantastic stay.
the house was great.
It was very family friendly and walking distance from the beach.
The house was also well equipt with cooking equipment, linen and towels.

We stayed at the Straddie Villa for Easter 2013. Fantastic accommodation, very clean and well kitted out.
Judy and Michael have the Villa set up perfectly for either families or a group holidaying together. It is right across the road from Home Beach.
There are full facilities to cook for yourselves or you can also patronise the local fare. We enjoyed meals at home and at the bowls club next door, Italian up the road and of course the Straddie Pub.
The setting of the villa is gorgeous. Set at the back of the resort it is nestled in amongst the bush but with a good size strip for some footy on the back lawn. There is even a resident koala to admire beside the communal pool. If you have kids, don't forget the scooters - scooter heaven for kids, so safe and secure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villa, it was perfect accommodation for our family and close to all we needed. Can't wait to come back! We have raved about Straddie to our family and friends.
