About The House

Just a short drive or relaxing scenic stroll takes you to the beach!

All year you can enjoy the views from the large elevated Balcony. In the chilly months you can relax by the fire watch the Plasma Tv or Enjoy Music.

The House is set in a quiet neighbourhood and therefore perfect to relax and unwind - Not Suitable for Parties or Loud Music.

It is a two storey home with 3 bedrooms and two living areas It has 2 bathrooms plus toilet/vanity – the main includes a bath and there is an en-suite off the main bedroom, laundry, air conditioning & Heating. Parking for 2 cars on the drive. (Garage is not Included in Rental)
The Kitchen with its Smeg Appliances is fully equiped so enable total Self - Catering should you require.

Outside seating and Bbq complete the facility to the highest standards.

Bedding configuration:
Main bedroom - 1 queen bed.
2nd bed - 1 queen bed.
3rd bed - 2 single beds.


Linen Avaliable @ $15 per person per booking
Check Out Cleaning available @ $100 must be requested prior to stay.

We Welcome Motorbikes and by Prior Arrangement can facilitate undercover Parking

Ocean Grove is less than an hour and a half’s drive from Melbourne. Barwon Heads which is a short drive away offers an alternative place for a swim and access to the ocean for fishing.

Ocean Grove has all facilities and shops that you could want with a Large Safeways and Coles. Target and many other stores along with Doctors and Dentists.

If Surfing is your Thing then in close proximity beaches include Ocean Grove main beach, K.N's, Raffs and 13th Beach.

Come and stay whilst undertaking a Dive to the New Dive Site in Ocean Grove.

Golf courses are in abundance with many special offers through the year to play.

There is a great choice of local restaurants and Take Aways to suit every age and taste.

Ocean Grove is located not far from the ‘Great Ocean Road’ with its world famous spectacular scenery
also close to Queensliff and Many great winerys.

Just 20 Mins drive to The City of Geelong

There really is so much to see and do a week just isnt enough.
