Excellent location - only 5 minutes to the Casino, Surf clubs, beaches, Pacific Fair, Robina Town Centre and the best alfresco dining in Broadbeach. 10 minutes to the train station which runs directly to the Brisbane Airport. 15-20 minutes to ALL the theme parks. 20 minutes to Coolangatta Airport.
The home comfortably accommodates 1-3 families, sleeping up to 18 people. Or also great for a romantic getaway.
It has a great aspect with a huge 45metres of waterfront (the average waterfront home is 20m or less), rare on the coast on a 1000square metre property. Sunrise, sunset and views over the mountains overlooking the wide Lake Rumrunner ensure you have the best holiday on the Coast, even if you don't go anywhere! Also located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac so kids can play ball out the front as well.
The pool, deck and covered alfresco dining area are great to hang out in, have a BBQ or relax on the daybed. If that's not enough, fish out the backyard from the massive 10x3.5m pontoon. There are actually 3 artificial reefs in this Lake which means you can catch a wide array of fish. In winter, enjoy the warmth of the fireplace.
If you have a boat, you can even put your boat in the water at the nearby boat ramp and leave your boat moored to the pontoon. Head up to the Broadwater with direct Ocean access.
Enjoy breakfast by the pool, a great start to the day. A gas barbecue makes wining and dining a pleasure.
6 BEDROOMS plus Large lounge and dining area, huge kitchen, games/entertainment room, 3 bathrooms, laundry AND big undercover deck. 1 Bedroom with King sized bed and 1 Bedroom with Queen bed both overlook the water. Fully fenced saltwater pool and fully fenced property make it suitable for children and also for pets outside.
Large Games/Entertainment Room has TV, DVD, playstation and is a large room with 2 double futons and plenty of room if people sleep in there.
There is loads of room inside and out in this house so you can have fun with your family or find somewhere peaceful away from them if you need. A large driveway means there is room for 2-4 cars in the driveway (or room for a boat trailer and 1-2 cars) and there is always parking on the street straight outside.

There are buses nearby (5 minute walk) and it is about 20-30 minutes to actually walk to Pacific Fair and the Beach and 10-15 minutes to walk to local shops (bakery/fruit & Veg/ chemist/newsagent) and Lonestar Tavern/Dan Murphys liquor store. Coles/Woolies/Aldi and lots of food places at the Q Centre about 15-20 minute walk.
The bus can take you to Robina train station if you want to go to Brisbane also.

The place and location is good. The view outside is perfect though there some lights not working outside but it didn't hinder us to enjoy the place.

Beautiful house in superb location. Lots of places within the house to chill out and the huge undercover verandah is a wonderful entertaining area and the vista devine. We did not leave the house for the whole weekend, preferring to cook on BBQ. Everything you could possibly want and more is close to hand. We will be back!!!!

Lots of room. Great position on the lake. We caught 4 bream and cooked it for our dinner. Swans on the lake.
We had 8 people stay including my 99 year old Mum. As she isn't very mobile, the accommodation for her downstairs was excellent. Would recommend and we would stay there again.

We had a very pleasant stay at Serenity On The water. This house is not a "luxury" house by any means but it comfortable and had all the amenities that families require. Very central location was a plus as it is only a few minutes to the beach, the motor way (for those theme parks), pacific fair and a 3 minute walk to the Lonestar tavern!

Well, we have now been home a week, & back to reality. We miss Serenity so
much.
The bed in the master bedroom was so comfy, as soon as my head hit the
pillow I was out. We have had waterbeds for the last 25yrs, & it is usually
really hard for us to sleep elsewhere. We have had trouble sleeping since we
came back home.
We all had a fantastic time. From relaxing out on the patio, to the kids
fishing & crabbing off the pontoon. They caught 3 crabs & a couple of fish.
They even had themselves a pet eel they would feed every day., as well as
the ducks & swans. We left our handlines so others could use.
We had 2 families in this house, & we never got in each others way. The family room downstairs for the kids was brilliant, not that they were in there often with all the outdoor activities they had. Would go back to Serenity
tomorrow if we could. :-)

4 families, total of 16 people - 4 children, 5 teenagers and 7 adults - we had a good time at 'Serenity on the Water'... the kids loved the pool, the adults enjoyed the spa/hot tub. my son even caught a fish from the jetty, which made his day... we saw lots of interesting marine life from the jetty, not to mention the ducks and swans, which the kids loved to feed. Lynda kindly left a fruit basket of apples and oranges, and some bait (for fishing) in the fridge for us. to Lynda & Co., thanks for the fantastic time, and will certainly recommend our friends if they plan to holiday in Gold Coast!

Our family - including six kids stayed here with three of our friends. This property is spacious and in an ideal location. Close to everything yet private. Safe for the kids who loved the pool, their own little beach and kyaking. Great communication with Lynda - we would stay here again.

Serenity on the Water was perfect for our family holiday, it had everything that we could possibly need and more. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and we really enjoyed the pool and spa. Having access to a pontoon was great and we caught a couple of fish! I would highly recommend Serenity on the Water.

We visited Serenity on the Water with 6 adults and 5 kids (including a baby) and it was PERFECT! I cannot say enough good things about this property, which is literally on the water but very safe and secure for the kids! The view is breathtaking, the kitchen is huge, the kids playroom was just what we needed and don't even get me started on the spa!! (My kids cried on the way to the airport as they didn't want to leave the house with the "duckies" which we fed every morning)!
Pure heaven and I very much look forward to visiting QLD again as I know exactly where I will be staying!!

Fab place so quiet and peaceful just what you need to be able to relax. To hear the fish jump at night with a gentle warm breeze is soothing for the soul. I highly recommend this place for families as everyone gets space.
