Situated in the prime position on Minnamurra River this recently renovated property is a must visit holiday destination.
The renovations include a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and the addition of the family room ensures there is plenty of space for everyone.
New shower and toilet facilities have been added in the renovated, tile-floored garage which also has TV and DVD. There is also a hot/cold shower outside - great for when you come back from the beach.
The Villa has 2 separate outdoor living areas, BBQ, HD TV, DVD and stereo. Laundry facilities are also provided.
There are entertainment facilities for the kids in the garage - TV and DVD.
High Speed NBN Internet Access available free of charge.
Ducted and zoned underfloor heating was also installed.
Bedding Configuration, B1: Queen, B2: Queen, B3: Double. All with built in wardrobes and desk.
Linen and towels not provided.
Minimum 2 night stay.

No false advertising, easy booking/ key arrangements with local real estate - this is a great little villa in an even better location. Very welcoming and comfortable, feels like staying in someone's much loved home.
There is so much to do and see in the region but we chose to stay at the villa with the direct access to the river and beach for our young kids (playground and tennis courts next door and golf course one block behind the villa also).
We have now stayed twice in the last 6 weeks, once in perfect beach weather and the other in cold, torrential rain when the beaches were all closed due to dangerous conditions (heating system was handy!). In both circumstances the villa proved to be a relaxing escape.
The kids love this place and always ask "when are we going back to the beach house?"
My wife loves the typical Aussie retro-beach decor, wall art and the ease of everything as it is really well set up - many odds and ends already provided in the kitchen, there's an internal courtyard with gas BBQ etc. Holidaying with 3 young kids is normally a chore but this villa allows us to truly unpack and relax.
Great book collection and CD/ DVD system for those rainy days. The view from the deck is instantly calming and is only a short walk up to the grass covered outlook which has a spectacular view down the river and untouched beach (paved coastal walk up here too).
Literally a 30 metre walk from the back fence to the river for the kids to have a splash and explore the sand bar at low tide. An adult can wade across to the 'private' beach at low tide, just be careful with young kids as the tide going out is deceptively strong even though the surface is seemingly slow/calm.
You will find yourself taking lots of photos and wishing you didn't have to leave.
