Each of these beach houses have 3 double bedrooms, full kitchen, large lounge/dining, 2 bathrooms, garage and full laundry and private, undercover, outdoor entertaining area. In house entertainment is provided with a 50" plasma TV with both free to air and AUSTAR TV (58 channels including 14 movie + sky racing) 32" lcd in main bedroom. Your enjoyment and comfort is further enhanced by our fully ducted, reverse cycle air conditioning. All town-houses are non-smoking, but smoking is permitted on your rear deck.

Great property and perfect location minutes from the beach. Lots of room for a large family with all the comforts of home. Property was clean and tidy and the staff was responsive to any needs we had. Would highly recommend this property to one and all. We would be happy to spend time here again on our next visit to Australia.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Flynn' on Surf and will gladly recommend it to our family and friends. Even though we arrived in the aftermath of cyclone Oswald and endured 2 or 3 days of heavy rain we still loved our trip to Port Macquarie and our villa was fantastic, very roomy and spacious with Austar and a 2nd television a family of 4 found indoor activities a breeze. The wildlife was so great to see and a real hit with our 2 children. The pool was great, very clean and lots of fun, the facilities were ideal. We loved our holiday and would book again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

We had a great stay, everything was very clean and beautifully presented, the beds were very comfortable, the location was spot on, we walked to the beach each day, the town house was roomy we had a lovely garden to play cricket in, on hot days the air con was a god send ; good value for money we'll be back !
