Enjoy relaxing walks along the river. Carry the kayaks across the road and go for a paddle on the scenic Maroochy River or throw a line in and see what you can catch for dinner. If something a bit faster is more your scene, a 5 minute walk along the river and you can hire a boat, jet ski or catamaran. Great surf beaches only minutes away.
If you just want chill out with your book and a drink, you can do this in comfort on the balcony or exclusive rooftop. You may just want to lay back and relax in the spacious, air conditioned living area and enjoy Austar on the 42" Plasma while still enjoying the uninterrupted water views. Also in the living area is a stereo with IPod Docking or USB connection and a Blue Ray DVD player for you to watch your favourite movies. We also provide you with free WiFi access. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook up a storm with a dishwasher for the clean up and a full sized fridge/freezer to fill with holiday treats. The main bedroom has a comfy queen size bed and ensuite, the second bedroom also has a comfy queen size bed and a tv and the third bedroom has double bunks with comfortable mattresses suitable for adults or children. A Port-a-cot is also available which will easily fit into the main or third bedroom. The main bathroom has a bath and separate shower. The toilet is separate. Laundry facilities include washer, dryer, ironing board and iron and full size clothes line. Upstairs, there is a BBQ, outdoor table & chairs and sunlounges to enjoy the beautiful Sunshine Coast weather. There is off street parking and a single lock up garage which will accomodate a small car.
If you want to venture out to eat, the fantastic restaurants and cafes of Maroochydore and Mooloolaba are only minutes away by car. There are also 3 local surf clubs and a bowling club only minutes away by car or courtesy buses are available.
Take a 5 minute walk or jump on your bikes to the local shopping centre where you will find an IGA supermarket, tavern, bottleshop, hairdresser, medical centre, pharmacy and takeaway shop.
For those who need a good dose of retail therapy, Sunshine Plaza is a few minutes by car with major department stores, cinemas and 120 specialty stores and the Esplanade at Mooloolaba is full of boutiques.
