Ming 3 is a four-bedroom beachside apartment which offers beautiful holiday accommodation in comfort and style. Located at 236 Marine Parade, it is within walking distance of KingscliffÂ’s popular restaurants and shops. The Gold Coast Airport is just 12 minutes away - Byron Bay and the Gold Coast are 30 minutes. The adjacent Tweed Coast hinterland presents endless opportunities for exploration.

Contemporary Chinese design identifies the distinctive building which is carried through to the unit's unique decor - immaculatly presented. This first floor unitÂ’s spacious covered balconies offer views of the Tweed Valley hinterland and Mount Warning to the north and west and commanding views of the Pacific Ocean and Marine Parade parkland to the east.

The bedrooms with ready-made and luxury bedding are comprised of 2 with queen beds, 1 with a double bed (optional) and one with 2 extra long single beds. Both bathrooms have deep baths, optional rain showers and heated towel rails. Not just families, but also honeymoon couples, retirees, and golfing parties have enjoyed stays here.

Ming 3’s comprehensively equipped kitchen with granite bench tops, icemaker and Miele appliances (including steamer) are a chef’s delight. The dining and lounge areas are furnished with quality pieces and décor to match. Laundry (Miele appliances) and guest powder rooms are separate rooms.

Additional features include a comprehensive AV system with Austar - The Works Package (extended to master bedroom and ensuite) and selections of DVDs and CDs, BBQ, reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fans and telephone for local and incoming calls. The service elevator extends from the basement car park to the rooftop entertainment area.

For the discerning holiday maker, the rooftop entertainment area is an optional extra. Bookings are made on a first-booked basis.

Boutique-style Facility

A simultaneous booking of both Ming 1 (STAYZ No 72598) on the ground floor and Ming 3 above provides a perfect, boutique-style facility for family reunions and sporting groups. The facilities and floor plan of the units lend themselves to this function being both on the northern side of the building with their own private entrance. Used in this way guests appreciate the proximity of the units to one another and their privacy both from each other and outside.

Needless to say, a booking of the rooftop entertainment area completes the package!
