This is an ABSOLUTE BEACH FRONT house, on a very private position, with access to a 5km cycle paths along the beach. Huge entertainment area with comfy L-shaped lounge, kitchenette & 2nd fridge, plasma TV/separate AUSTAR/DVD, music to outdoors. Bi-folds that open up the entertainment room to outdoor alfresco area & plunge pool. Three bedrooms all with extra comfy beds: 1Q+2S+2S's. Designer bathroom with 'rain' shower. Laundry with washer & dryer. Remote DLUG plus storage.
MIDDLE FLOOR
Open plan living with bi-folds opening to large wrap-around private covered deck giving that real indoor/outdoor feel. Gas fireplace for those chilly days. Well equipped chef's kitchen with 5 burner gas cook-top and extra-wide oven, microwave & ice/water fridge. 8 seat dining table perfect for family feasts. Spacious lounge, large plasma TV/separate AUSTAR/DVD, music/radio can be channeled throughout the home. Master bedroom with divinely comfortable king bed, complete with heavenly soaker tub and open "rain" shower.

Extra relaxation area which can be used for additional bedroom with leather fold-out double sofa bed.
