Situated on Flagstaff Hill in central Geraldton, this inner city two bedroom self-contained cottage offers views of Champion Bay. The Cottage is in a great spot just metres from the City's foreshore, Yacht Club and CBD offerings of business and leisure.

About the Cottage

Located behind number 31 Francis Street, one ascends a steep driveway to access Francis Street Cottage which is positioned off the street.

The 'little house on the hill' offers quality furnishings, creature comforts like reverse cycle air-conditioning and is well equipped with a full kitchen (including dishwasher) and a lockable outdoor laundry (washing machine only) and storage area.

The beds are comfy with quality linen. The main bedroom has a Queen bed and the second bedroom a Double. The layout of the Cottage suits accommodating single persons or a couple as you have to walk through the main bedroom to get to the second bedroom and bathroom from the living areas. There is an internal floor plan map in the photo gallery to show the layout.

Privacy will be compromised if you would like to sleep more than 2 persons in the home. You may like to sleep an older child in the second bedroom; or if you have a close friend/s or family member the second bedroom might work for you.

As there are slopes and stairs, the cottage holds too many hazards for young children.

No pets PLEASE. There are three off street car spaces, NO spaces for trailers like boats or caravans!! too tricky and no space on Francis Street to park. Please no smoking inside the house.
