This 3BR Beach House entering downstairs has a living area, 2 bedrooms, spacious laundry, bathroom with separate toilet, and a fully fenced spacious backyard. Upstairs is the master bedroom with walk through robe & ensuite, open plan kitchen dining and living area, and 2 entertainment balconies - one at the back and one at the front boasting water views.

Walking distance to Cowes cafes, shops and beach.
5-10 minutes walk to the beach, a great playground 2 minutes walk. Cowes boat ramp is only 1 minute drive away

We also provide Portacot, high chair, rocker, and playpen, toilet trainer, change mat and safety gate at no extra cost. So don't a holiday is not like moving house anymore.
For more active sports the local park is around the corner of the street, and includes huge open space and a great playground.
